गुमला : – प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना (शहरी) 2.0 के अंतर्गत लाभार्थी आधारित व्यक्तिगत आवास निर्माण (BLC) हेतु गुमला नगर परिषद कार्यालय में आवेदन पत्र जमा लिया जा रहा है। वैसे योग्य लाभुक जो विभिन्न कारणों से योजना के लाभ से वंचित रह गए हैं, ऐसे सभी लाभुकों को सूचित किया जाता है कि अगर वह इस योजना का लाभ लेने में इच्छुक हैं तो सभी दस्तावेजों के साथ नगर निकाय के PMAY (U) कोषांग से सम्पर्क स्थापित कर आवेदन पत्र समर्पित कर सकते है।
कौन कर सकते हैं आवेदन
▪आवेदक अथवा उसके परिवार के नाम पर भारत में कहीं भी पक्का मकान नहीं होना चाहिए।
▪योजना संबंधित लाभुक परिवार में पति, पत्नी एवं अविवाहित बच्चे शामिल होंगे।
▪लाभार्थी आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर आय वर्ग के होंगे, जिनकी वार्षिक आय अधिकतम रू० 3 लाख हो।
▪लाभुक मिशन के विभिन्न घटकों में से केवल एक घटक का ही लाभ ले सकते हैं।
आवेदन पत्र के साथ निम्नलिखित दस्तावेज आवश्यक है
▪परिवारिक फोटो
▪आवेदक/आवेदिका एवं उनके पति/पत्नी के आधार कार्ड की छायाप्रति
▪आवेदक/आवेदिका के मतदाता पहचान पत्र की छायाप्रति
▪आवेदक/आवेदिका के बैंक अकाउंट हेतु पासबुक की छायाप्रति
▪आवेदक/आवेदिका के आय प्रमाण पत्र की छायाप्रति
▪आवेदक/आवेदिका के जाति प्रमाण पत्र की छायाप्रति
▪भारतवर्ष में कहीं भी पक्का मकान नहीं होने का शपथ पत्र
▪भू-स्वामित्व पत्र की छायाप्रति
▪आवेदन हेतु आवेदक/आवेदिका का Active मोबाईल नम्बर जो आधार कार्ड से लिंक्ड हो
