गुमला में अवैध बालू उत्खनन पर सख्त कार्रवाई, चार ट्रैक्टर जब्त

गुमला, झारखंड – जिले में अवैध बालू उत्खनन और परिवहन के खिलाफ कार्रवाई तेज करते हुए, पुलिस और खनन विभाग की संयुक्त टीम ने मंगलवार, 21 जनवरी 2025 को सिसई थाना क्षेत्र में छापेमारी की। यह कार्रवाई सुबह 7:00 बजे नागफेनी पुल के पास की गई, जहां तीन ट्रैक्टरों को अवैध रूप से बालू निकालते हुए पकड़ा गया।

अवैध गतिविधियों पर तत्काल कार्रवाई
जांच के दौरान तीनों ट्रैक्टरों के चालक पुलिस और खनन टीम को देखकर मौके से फरार हो गए। टीम ने ट्रैक्टरों की जांच की, लेकिन बालू परिवहन के लिए कोई वैध दस्तावेज प्रस्तुत नहीं किए गए। इन ट्रैक्टरों को जब्त कर सिसई थाना ले जाया गया।

दूसरी कार्रवाई बुड़का गांव के पास
इसी दिन सुबह 10:00 बजे, बुड़का गांव के पास भी एक ट्रैक्टर को बालू लदे हुए पाया गया। चालक पुलिस को देखकर भाग गया। जांच में ट्रैक्टर पर लगभग 100 घनफीट बालू लदा मिला, जिसके वैध कागजात नहीं थे। इसे भी विधिवत जब्त कर थाना लाया गया।

अवैध खनन के खिलाफ सख्त रुख
अवैध बालू उत्खनन और परिवहन न केवल राष्ट्रीय संपत्ति को नुकसान पहुंचाता है, बल्कि सरकारी राजस्व की भी हानि करता है। यह खान और खनिज (विकास एवं विनियमन) अधिनियम, 1957 और झारखंड लघु खनिज नियमावली, 2004 के तहत दंडनीय अपराध है। इन मामलों में संबंधित धाराओं के तहत प्राथमिकी दर्ज कर कानूनी कार्रवाई शुरू कर दी गई है।

प्रशासन की सख्त चेतावनी
जिला प्रशासन ने स्पष्ट किया है कि अवैध खनन और परिवहन में लिप्त व्यक्तियों के खिलाफ सख्त कदम उठाए जाएंगे। आम जनता से अपील की गई है कि वे ऐसी किसी भी गतिविधि की सूचना तुरंत प्रशासन को दें।

शिकायत के लिए हेल्पलाइन जारी
जिले में अवैध खनन की शिकायत दर्ज कराने के लिए जिला खनन विभाग ने हेल्पलाइन नंबर 9934887613 जारी किया है। प्रशासन ने आश्वासन दिया है कि सूचना देने वाले की पहचान गोपनीय रखी जाएगी।

यह कार्रवाई जिला प्रशासन की अवैध खनन के खिलाफ चल रही मुहिम का हिस्सा है, जिसका उद्देश्य राष्ट्रीय संपत्ति की सुरक्षा और कानून का पालन सुनिश्चित करना है।
