गुमला : – गुमला जिला प्रशासन द्वारा मानव तस्करी के शिकार चार बालिकाओं को नई दिल्ली से रेस्क्यू कराकर सकुशल उनके गृह जिले में लाया गया। ये सभी बालिकाएँ गुमला जिले के विभिन्न प्रखंडों – घाघरा, चैनपुर, बसिया, एवं विशुनपुर – की निवासी हैं। इन बालिकाओं को घरेलू कार्य हेतु दिल्ली के विभिन्न स्थानों पर ले जाया गया था।
झारखंड भवन, नई दिल्ली के सहयोग से इन बालिकाओं को अलग-अलग स्थानों पर छापामारी कर मुक्त कराया गया। एकीकृत पुनर्वास-सह-संसाधन केंद्र, नई दिल्ली के अनुरोध पर उपायुक्त, गुमला कर्ण सत्यार्थी के निर्देशानुसार जिला बाल संरक्षण इकाई द्वारा चार सदस्यीय टीम को नई दिल्ली भेजा गया, जिसने सभी बालिकाओं को सुरक्षित गुमला वापस लाया।
गुमला पहुंचने पर बालिकाओं को जिला समाज कल्याण पदाधिकारी और बाल कल्याण समिति, गुमला के समक्ष प्रस्तुत किया गया। समिति के निर्देशानुसार उन्हें बालिका गृह, गुमला में अस्थायी रूप से रखा गया है। जिला समाज कल्याण पदाधिकारी आरती कुमारी ने जिला बाल संरक्षण पदाधिकारी को निर्देश दिया है कि इन बालिकाओं को हर संभव सहायता प्रदान की जाए।
बालिका गृह में उनकी काउंसलिंग की जाएगी और उसके बाद उन्हें उनके परिवारों में पुनर्वासित किया जाएगा। इसके साथ ही, उन्हें शिक्षा और सरकारी योजनाओं से जोड़ने का कार्य भी सुनिश्चित किया जाएगा। जिला प्रशासन इस पूरी प्रक्रिया में सतर्कता और संवेदनशीलता के साथ कार्यरत है।
गुमला जिला प्रशासन ने इस घटना को गंभीरता से लिया है और मानव तस्करी जैसी कुप्रथाओं के उन्मूलन के लिए प्रतिबद्ध है।
