जनजातीय गौरव दिवस पर गुमला में जिला स्तरीय रोजगार मेले का भव्य आयोजन

गुमला: जनजातीय गौरव दिवस के अवसर पर गुमला जिला प्रशासन और पलाश झारखंड स्टेट लाइवलीहुड प्रमोशन सोसाइटी (JSLPS) के संयुक्त तत्वावधान में नगर भवन, गुमला में जिला स्तरीय रोजगार मेले का भव्य आयोजन किया गया। इस रोजगार मेले का उद्देश्य ग्रामीण युवाओं को कौशल विकास और रोजगार के अवसर उपलब्ध कराना था।

रोजगार मेले का शुभारंभ और मुख्य उद्देश्य

इस मेले का उद्घाटन गुमला उपायुक्त कर्ण सत्यार्थी और उप विकास आयुक्त दिलेश्वर महतो ने संयुक्त रूप से दीप प्रज्वलित कर किया। इस दौरान जिला कार्यक्रम प्रबंधक शैलेन्द्र जारिका ने बताया कि यह मेला दीनदयाल उपाध्याय ग्रामीण कौशल्य योजना (DDU-GKY) के तहत आयोजित किया गया, जिसका उद्देश्य ग्रामीण युवाओं को प्रशिक्षित कर रोजगार से जोड़ना है।

1000 से अधिक युवाओं की भागीदारी, 201 का हुआ चयन

इस रोजगार मेले में गुमला जिले के विभिन्न प्रखंडों से 1000 से अधिक युवक-युवतियों ने भाग लिया। मेले में 25 कंपनियों द्वारा स्टॉल लगाए गए, जिनके माध्यम से कुल 684 युवाओं का पंजीकरण किया गया। इनमें से 201 युवाओं को विभिन्न क्षेत्रों में नौकरी का अवसर मिला, जबकि 16 चयनित अभ्यर्थियों को उपायुक्त और उप विकास आयुक्त ने नियुक्ति पत्र प्रदान किए।

उपायुक्त और उप विकास आयुक्त ने युवाओं को किया प्रेरित

गुमला उपायुक्त कर्ण सत्यार्थी ने युवाओं का हौसला बढ़ाते हुए कहा,
“यह मेला केवल रोजगार प्राप्त करने का अवसर नहीं, बल्कि अपने सपनों को साकार करने की दिशा में एक महत्वपूर्ण कदम है। मेहनत, कौशल और आत्मविश्वास से युवा हर चुनौती का सामना कर सकते हैं। जिला प्रशासन आपके उज्ज्वल भविष्य के लिए सदैव प्रतिबद्ध है। मैं सभी चयनित युवाओं को शुभकामनाएँ देता हूँ।”

वहीं, उप विकास आयुक्त दिलेश्वर महतो ने युवाओं को संबोधित करते हुए कहा,
“अगर आप अपने कौशल का विकास करेंगे, तो रोजगार के अवसर अवश्य मिलेंगे। एक बार नौकरी मिलने के बाद अपने हुनर और योग्यता के बल पर आगे बढ़ सकते हैं। रोजगार मेलों का अधिक से अधिक लाभ उठाएं और अपनी क्षमता और रुचि के अनुसार करियर का चयन करें।”

संस्थानों और कंपनियों के प्रतिनिधियों ने दी करियर संबंधी जानकारी

इस अवसर पर JTDS के जिला प्रबंधक, प्रदान संस्था के प्रतिनिधि, JSLPS के जिला एवं प्रखंड कर्मी, विभिन्न संस्थानों के अधिकारी और प्लेसमेंट एजेंसियों के प्रतिनिधि उपस्थित रहे। कंपनियों के प्रतिनिधियों ने युवाओं को विभिन्न रोजगार संभावनाओं और करियर विकल्पों की जानकारी दी, जिससे वे अपने भविष्य की योजना बेहतर तरीके से बना सकें।

जिला प्रशासन ने युवाओं से अपील की कि वे अपने कौशल को विकसित करें, रोजगार के नए अवसरों का लाभ उठाएं और आत्मनिर्भर बनें।
