गुमला : गुमला जिले के नारी निकेतन में एक प्रेरणादायक सत्र आयोजित किया गया, जिसमें RSETI (Rural Self Employment Training Institute) से प्रशिक्षित आरती देवी एवं गायत्री देवी (विधवा महिला) ने अपनी संघर्षपूर्ण जीवन यात्रा एवं आत्मनिर्भर बनने की कहानी साझा की।
महिलाओं को आत्मनिर्भर बनाने की दिशा में महत्वपूर्ण कदम
उपायुक्त के निर्देश के आलोक में नारी निकेतन की महिलाओं को प्रेरित करने के उद्देश्य से RSETI गुमला द्वारा एक सत्र का आयोजन किया गया। जिसमें आरती देवी एवं गायत्री देवी ने नारी निकेतन की महिलाओं को सिलाई का व्यावहारिक प्रदर्शन दिया और ब्लाउज सिलकर दिखाया, जिससे वहां मौजूद महिलाओं को इस कौशल का महत्व समझ में आ सके।
उन्होंने अपने जीवन के संघर्षों एवं आत्मनिर्भर बनने की यात्रा को साझा कर महिलाओं को स्वावलंबन एवं आर्थिक स्वतंत्रता की दिशा में आगे बढ़ने के लिए प्रेरित किया।
उन्होंने बताया कि RSETI द्वारा प्राप्त प्रशिक्षण के माध्यम से वे अपने परिवार का भरण-पोषण कर रही हैं, और अब वे अन्य महिलाओं को भी यह हुनर सिखाने के लिए आगे आई हैं।
RSETI द्वारा सिलाई प्रशिक्षण की जानकारी दी गई
इस अवसर पर RSETI की टीम द्वारा प्रोजेक्टर के माध्यम से सिलाई प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम की विस्तृत जानकारी दी गई।महिलाओं को बताया गया कि RSETI विभिन्न प्रकार के कौशल विकास प्रशिक्षण प्रदान करता है, जिससे वे आत्मनिर्भर बनकर आर्थिक रूप से सशक्त हो सकती हैं।सिलाई प्रशिक्षण के साथ-साथ अन्य स्वरोजगार प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रमों की जानकारी भी दी गई।
महिलाओं को स्वरोजगार के अवसर प्रदान कर उन्हें आत्मनिर्भर बनाना सामाजिक एवं आर्थिक विकास का एक महत्वपूर्ण पहलू है। नारी निकेतन की महिलाओं को आत्मनिर्भर बनाने के लिए प्रशासन RSETI के माध्यम से कौशल विकास प्रशिक्षण को बढ़ावा देगा। महिलाओं के सशक्तिकरण एवं रोजगार के अवसरों को बढ़ाने के लिए भविष्य में भी ऐसे कार्यक्रमों का आयोजन किया जाएगा।
आज का यह प्रेरणादायक सत्र नारी निकेतन की महिलाओं के लिए एक नया मार्गदर्शन एवं आत्मनिर्भर बनने की दिशा में एक महत्वपूर्ण प्रेरणा स्रोत साबित हुआ। जिला प्रशासन महिलाओं के आर्थिक सशक्तिकरण के लिए निरंतर प्रयासरत रहेगा।
