गुमला :- गुमला जिला अंतर्गत स्थित पालकोट और बसिया प्रखंड के 31 विद्यालयों के शिक्षकों के लिए तीन दिवसीय (28, 29, 30 जनवरी 2025) प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम का आयोजन डायट (DIET) गुमला में सफलतापूर्वक संपन्न हुआ। यह प्रशिक्षण मातृ भाषा आधारित “पलाश” बहुभाषी शिक्षण कार्यक्रम के तहत आयोजित किया गया था, जिसका उद्देश्य बच्चों की सीखने की क्षमता को बढ़ाना और मौखिक भाषा विकास, पठन-लेखन कौशल को मजबूत करना था।
प्रशिक्षण की प्रमुख विशेषताएं:
शिक्षकों को मौखिक भाषा विकास, डिकोडिंग, पठन और लेखन कौशल विकसित करने के लिए विभिन्न अभ्यास कराए गए। कक्षा संचालन हेतु 90 मिनट के शिक्षण सत्र का अभ्यास कराया गया, ताकि शिक्षक कक्षा में प्रभावी शिक्षण तकनीकों का प्रयोग कर सकें। खड़िया भाषा में कक्षा पहली एवं दूसरी के पाठ्यक्रम को किस प्रकार पढ़ाया जाए, इस पर विशेष ध्यान दिया गया।
बच्चों की मातृभाषा को आधार बनाकर शिक्षा देने के लिए शिक्षकों को प्रशिक्षित किया गया, जिससे वे अपने छात्रों के साथ बेहतर संवाद स्थापित कर सकें और सीखने की प्रक्रिया को अधिक प्रभावी बना सकें।
प्रशिक्षकों की भूमिका:
प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम में मोहम्मद एहसान आलम (बहुभाषी शिक्षण कार्यक्रम विशेषज्ञ) एवं डॉ. मीतू सिन्हा (एपीओ, शिक्षा विभाग, गुमला) ने प्रशिक्षकों की भूमिका निभाई और शिक्षकों को आधुनिक शिक्षण पद्धतियों से अवगत कराया।
गुमला जिला प्रशासन का यह मानना है कि स्थानीय भाषा में शिक्षा प्रदान करने से बच्चों की समझने और सीखने की क्षमता में सुधार होगा। “पलाश” बहुभाषी शिक्षण कार्यक्रम के तहत यह प्रशिक्षण शिक्षकों को बाल केंद्रित शिक्षा प्रणाली अपनाने के लिए प्रेरित करेगा, जिससे बच्चों की शिक्षा अधिक समावेशी और प्रभावी होगी।
