गुमला में साप्ताहिक जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस, नागरिकों की समस्याओं का हुआ समाधान

गुमला, 04 फरवरी 2025: जिला उपायुक्त कर्ण सत्यार्थी की अध्यक्षता में आज गुमला में साप्ताहिक जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस का आयोजन किया गया। इस दौरान जिले के विभिन्न क्षेत्रों से आए नागरिकों ने अपनी समस्याओं को उपायुक्त के समक्ष रखा। प्रशासन ने नागरिकों की शिकायतों को गंभीरता से लेते हुए त्वरित समाधान के निर्देश दिए।

समस्याओं पर त्वरित निर्णय

नगर परिषद क्षेत्र के अशोक ठाकुर ने कोरोना महामारी के बाद हुए बेरोजगारी संकट का हवाला देते हुए दुकान आवंटन की मांग की। उपायुक्त ने नगर परिषद के कार्यपालक पदाधिकारी को इस मामले में आवश्यक कार्रवाई करने के निर्देश दिए।

करिश्मा कुजूर (टेंगरा बंधई टोली) ने सहिया चयन प्रक्रिया में अनियमितता का आरोप लगाते हुए जांच की मांग की। उपायुक्त ने इस आवेदन को जिला समाज कल्याण पदाधिकारी को अग्रसारित कर आवश्यक जांच कराने का निर्देश दिया।

अमृत नगर चेटर के नागरिकों ने नाली निर्माण कार्य को नक्शे के अनुसार पूरा कराने की मांग की। उपायुक्त ने नगर परिषद गुमला को पत्र भेजकर आवश्यक सुधार कार्य करने के निर्देश दिए।

आर्थिक सहायता और योजनाओं का लाभ

हेदमी ग्राम (घाघरा) के सुखनाथ कोरवा ने ग्रामीणों के लिए ममता वाहन संचालित करने हेतु अनुदान राशि की मांग की। उपायुक्त ने इस आवेदन को ITDA परियोजना निदेशक को भेजते हुए आवश्यक सहायता देने के निर्देश दिए।

अर्चना कुमारी (टोटो) ने अपने पति की ट्रैक्टर दुर्घटना में हुई मृत्यु के बाद परिवार की आर्थिक स्थिति अत्यंत खराब होने की जानकारी दी। उपायुक्त ने इस प्रकरण को संज्ञान में लेते हुए संबंधित विभाग को तुरंत आवश्यक सहायता प्रदान करने के निर्देश दिए।

व्यापक समाधान और प्रशासनिक प्रतिबद्धता

इसके अलावा, कार्यक्रम में भूमि विवाद, आपसी झगड़े, दिव्यांगजनों के लिए बैटरी चालित रिक्शा, कस्तूरबा गांधी विद्यालय में नामांकन, रोजगार सहायता और विभिन्न सरकारी योजनाओं से जुड़ी शिकायतें प्राप्त हुईं। उपायुक्त ने कई मामलों का मौके पर ही समाधान किया और शेष शिकायतों के शीघ्र निपटारे के निर्देश दिए।

उपायुक्त कर्ण सत्यार्थी ने नागरिकों को आश्वासन दिया कि जिला प्रशासन उनकी समस्याओं के समाधान हेतु प्रतिबद्ध है। उन्होंने सभी विभागीय अधिकारियों को निर्देशित किया कि प्राप्त शिकायतों का शीघ्र समाधान सुनिश्चित किया जाए, ताकि जिले में प्रशासनिक सुशासन और नागरिक संतुष्टि को बढ़ावा मिले।
