मनरेगा सप्ताह: गुमला में कार्यशाला एवं सम्मान समारोह का आयोजन

गुमला, मंगलवार: गुमला जिला मुख्यालय में मंगलवार को उप विकास आयुक्त कार्यालय सभागार में मनरेगा सप्ताह के तहत एक दिवसीय जिला स्तरीय कार्यशाला सह सम्मान समारोह का आयोजन किया गया। कार्यक्रम की अध्यक्षता उप विकास आयुक्त दिलेश्वर महतो ने की। इस अवसर पर जिले की विभिन्न पंचायतों में 100 दिन का रोजगार पूर्ण करने वाले किसानों और श्रमिकों को सम्मानित किया गया।

मनरेगा: रोजगार से आत्मनिर्भरता की ओर

कार्यक्रम को संबोधित करते हुए उप विकास आयुक्त दिलेश्वर महतो ने कहा कि महात्मा गांधी राष्ट्रीय ग्रामीण रोजगार गारंटी अधिनियम (मनरेगा) के तहत सभी श्रमिकों को 100 दिन का रोजगार प्राप्त करने का अवसर लेना चाहिए। उन्होंने बताया कि योजना के तहत आवेदन के 15 दिन के भीतर काम देने का प्रावधान है, ताकि श्रमिकों को शीघ्र रोजगार मिल सके।

उन्होंने इस योजना को केवल रोजगार तक सीमित न मानते हुए कहा कि यह किसानों की आय बढ़ाने, पलायन रोकने और पर्यावरण संरक्षण में भी महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभा रही है। इस अवसर पर मनरेगा से जुड़े महत्वपूर्ण दिशानिर्देशों और योजनाओं पर भी चर्चा की गई।

महिलाओं की भागीदारी पर विशेष जोर

कार्यक्रम में महिलाओं को अधिक संख्या में मनरेगा से जोड़ने पर विशेष ध्यान दिया गया, जिससे वे आर्थिक रूप से आत्मनिर्भर बन सकें। इसके साथ ही मनरेगा अधिनियम के विभिन्न पहलुओं पर चर्चा की गई और ग्रामीण श्रमिकों को उनके अधिकारों और योजनाओं के लाभों की जानकारी दी गई।

विशेष कार्ययोजनाओं पर चर्चा

उप विकास आयुक्त ने मनरेगा सप्ताह के दौरान किए जाने वाले विशेष कार्ययोजनाओं पर भी प्रकाश डाला और अधिक से अधिक लोगों को इस योजना से जोड़ने के निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने अधिकारियों को निर्देशित किया कि वे सुनिश्चित करें कि सभी योग्य श्रमिकों को समय पर काम और मजदूरी मिले।

सम्मेलन में अधिकारी एवं हितधारकों की उपस्थिति

इस अवसर पर मनरेगा APO, मनरेगा लोकपाल, प्रखंड प्रमुख, बीपीओ, AE, CFP, प्रदान संस्था की टीम सहित अन्य संबंधित पदाधिकारी, कर्मचारी एवं मनरेगा श्रमिक उपस्थित रहे। कार्यक्रम के दौरान ग्रामीण विकास और रोजगार से संबंधित विभिन्न विषयों पर भी चर्चा की गई।
