गुमला पुलिस द्वारा अभियुक्तों को गिरफ्तार कर गुमला जेल भेजा गया

गुमला : – गुमला पुलिस कप्तान हरिश बिन जामां ने अपने सभाकक्ष चांदली गुमला में प्रेस कॉन्फ्रेंस का आयोजन कर बताया की दिनांक-08.03.2026 को रात्रि करीब 11:30 बजे एक गुप्त सूचना प्राप्त हुआ कि बिशुनपुर थाना अन्तर्गत ग्राम लापु गुड़िया टॉड स्थित तेतरा उराँव के घर के पास एक अज्ञात विक्षिप्त महिला को बच्चा चोर समझकर उनके साथ मारपीट कर बंधक बनाया गया है। सूचना का सत्यापन एवं अग्रतर कार्रवाई हेतु थाना प्रभारी, विशुनपुर को आदेश दिया गया, तत्पश्चात् घायल महिला को प्राथमिक उपचार हेतु सामुदायिक स्वास्थ्य केन्द्र, बिशुनपुर लाया गया, जहाँ चिकित्सक द्वारा उन्हें मृत घोषित कर दिया गया। इस संबंध में विशुनपुर थाना काण्ड सं0-06/26 दिनांक-09.03.2026, धारा-103(2)/3(5) BNS-2023 दर्ज किया गया तथा मेरे ( गुमला पुलिस कप्तान हरिश बिन जामां ) निर्देशानुसार पर अनुमंडल पुलिस पदाधिकारी गुमला सुरेश प्रसाद यादव के नेतृत्व में एक छापामारी दल का गठन किया गया, उक्त छापामारी दल द्वारा त्वरित कार्रवाई करते हुए ग्राम-लापु गुड़िया टाँड स्थित थाना बिशुनपुर में विक्षिप्त महिला के साथ मारपीट कर गंभीर रुप से जख्मी करने एवं ईलाज के क्रम में मृत्यु होने के आरोपी 1. तेतरा उराँव, पिता स्व० सोमरा उराँव, 2. बिरसाई उराँव, पिता स्व०-जितना उराँव, 3. शिबलाल उराँव, पिता स्व० टेले उराँव, 4. एतवा उराँव, पिता स्व० बिफैया उराँव, सभी ग्राम-लापु गुड़िया टांड, थाना-विशुनपुर, जिला-गुमला को गिरफ्तार कर माननीय न्यायालय में उपस्थापन के पश्चात मंडलकारा, गुमला भेजा गया है। घटना में प्रयुक्त बरामद समानों को विधिवत जप्त किया गया। घटना की गंभीरता को देखते हुए छापामारी दल द्वारा ग्राम-लापु गुड़िया टॉड एवं उसके आस-पास के गाँवों में लगातार छापामारी जारी रखा गया, छापामारी के क्रम में पुनः 1. लेटे उराँव, उम्र 20 वर्ष, 2. विशवा उराँव, उम्र 30 वर्ष दोनों पिता-शिवराज भगत, सा०-लबगा, थाना-विशुनपुर, जिला-गुमला. 3. सुदीप उराँव, उम्र 18 वर्ष, पिता जयसवाल उराँव, 4. चन्देश्वर उराँव, उम्र 19 वर्ष, पिता-जितना उराँव दोनों सा०-लापु गुड़िया टाँड, थाना-विशुनपुर, जिला-गुमला को गिरफ्तार कर न्यायिक अभिरक्षा में भेजा जा रहा है।

बरामद सामग्री का सूचिः-

1. घटनास्थल से खून लगा मिट्टी।

2. घटनास्थल के बगल का बिना खून लगा मिट्टी (कंट्रोल मिट्टी)।

3. खून लगा डंडा ।

4. एक रस्सी।
