गुमला : – गुमला जिला मुख्यालय में आज ITDA परियोजना निदेशक रीना हांसदा की अध्यक्षता में पोस्ट मैट्रिक छात्रवृत्ति योजना की समीक्षा बैठक आयोजित की गई, जिसमें जिला कल्याण पदाधिकारी, जिला शिक्षा अधीक्षक सहित जिले के सभी उच्च विद्यालयों / कॉलेज के प्रधानाध्यापक एवं प्रभारी उपस्थित रहे।
बैठक के दौरान परियोजना निदेशक ने कहा कि पोस्ट मैट्रिक छात्रवृत्ति सरकार की एक महत्वपूर्ण योजना है, जिससे विद्यार्थियों को शैक्षणिक सहायता मिलती है। उन्होंने इस बात पर नाराजगी व्यक्त की कि कई विद्यालयों द्वारा छात्रवृत्ति आवेदनों के सत्यापन में देरी की जा रही है, जिससे जिला स्तर पर आवेदनों की प्रक्रिया बाधित हो रही है।
उन्होंने स्पष्ट निर्देश दिया कि सभी विद्यालय एक सप्ताह के भीतर प्राथमिकता के आधार पर पेंडिंग आवेदनों का सत्यापन सुनिश्चित करें। इसके साथ ही उन्होंने यह भी कहा कि आवेदनों को अनावश्यक रूप से अस्वीकृत न किया जाए, बल्कि यदि किसी दस्तावेज की कमी हो तो छात्रों को इसकी सूचना देकर समस्या का समाधान किया जाए, ताकि वे इस योजना का पूरा लाभ प्राप्त कर सकें।
परियोजना निदेशक ने कम ऑनलाइन प्रविष्टियों (एंट्री) पर भी नाराजगी व्यक्त करते हुए संबंधित विद्यालय प्रभारियों एवं प्रधानाध्यापकों को फटकार लगाई। उन्होंने कहा कि छात्रवृत्ति योजना छात्रों के लिए एक महत्वपूर्ण सहयोग है, और विद्यालयों की जिम्मेदारी है कि वे सभी पात्र छात्रों का समय पर पंजीकरण एवं सत्यापन सुनिश्चित करें।
अंत में, उन्होंने विद्यालय को सख्त निर्देश दिया कि छात्र हित में इस योजना का प्रभावी क्रियान्वयन सुनिश्चित करें और किसी भी प्रकार की लापरवाही से बचें।
