महाकुंभ में अपने जत्थे से बिछड़ी कांति देवी ने जमशेदपुर आने के लिए पैदल ही 520 किमी का सफर तय कर सबको चकित कर डाला…सुनिए उन्हीं की जुबानी

जमशेदपुर : 70 वर्षीय महिला के हौसले को सलाम…! जी हां… कोरोनाकाल में जिस तरह से हजारों की भीड़ अपने घर पहुंचने के लिए सैकड़ों किलोमीटर की पैदल यात्रा पर थी. इनमें कई मरे, कई अपने ठिकाने पहुंचे. लेकिन महाकुंभ में डुबकी लगाने के बाद अपने जत्थे से बिछड़ी जमशेदपुर की एक 70 वर्षीय महिला ने पैदल घर पहुंच कर सबको सकते में डाल दिया है. यह खबर लोगों के लिए कौतुहल का विषय बना हुआ है.

दरअसल, जमशेदपुर के छायानगर में रहने वाली कांति देवी (70) पिछले 24 जनवरी को महाकुंभ में डुबकी लगाने आसपास के 35 लोगों के जत्थे में शामिल होकर प्रयागराज गयी थी। इस दौरान कांति देवी ने 25 जनवरी को संगम में डुबकी लगायी। इसके बाद 26 को प्रयागराज स्टेशन पर वे अपने जत्थे से बिछड़ गयी। इसके बाद हिम्मत कर वह पूछते-पूछते प्रयागराज से जमशेदपुर की 520 किमी की यात्रा पैदल चल घर पहुंच गई. यह सफर 10 दिन का था. मंगलवार को कांति देवी के पड़ोस में रहनेवाले लोगों ने उन्हें पुराना कोर्ट रोड में देखा। इसके बाद उनके साथ कांति देवी अपने घर पहुंची और सभी को उन्होंने पूरी व्यथा-कथा बतायी। कांति देवी के पैर में पड़ने वाले छाले इसकी गवाही भी देते हैं।

सिर्फ गंगाजल लेकर अकेले चल पड़ी

मिली खबर के मुताबिक छायानगर से जमशेदपुर पहुंची जत्थे में जब कांति देवी के परिवार वालों ने उन्हें नहीं पाया, तो घरवाले कांति देवी की खोजबीन में लग गये और उन्होंने पुरी से लेकर प्रयागराज तक कांति देवी की खोज की, लेकिन इस दौरान कांति देवी का कहीं कुछ अता-पता नहीं चल पाया। जमशेदपुर की कांति देवी छायानगर में अपनी बेटी, नतनी और नाती के साथ रहती हैं। परिवार का भरण-पोषण करने के लिए कैटरिंग का काम भी करती हैं।

कांति देवी ने बताया कि घर के आसपास के मोहल्ले के कुछ लोग संगम जाने की बात कर रहे थे। इसके बाद उनके मन में अचानक महाकुंभ में स्नान करने की इच्छा जागी। वे उनके साथ ही 24 जनवरी को जमशेदपुर से प्रयागराज स्नान के लिए चल दी। संगम में डुबकी लगाने के सभी 26 को सभी जमशेदपुर लौट रहे थे। इसी दौरान उन्होंने जो संगम से गंगाजल भरा था, वो स्टेशन पर छूट गया था। जिसे लेने के लिए वे ट्रेन से उतर गयी। इसी दौरान ट्रेन खुल गयी और कांति देवी जत्थे से बिछड़ गयी।

बस पानी पी-पी अपना सफर तय किया

कांति देवी ने बताया कि जत्थे से बिछड़ जाने बाद उन्होंने किसी से मदद नहीं मांगी, क्योंकि अंजान शहर में वे डर गयी थी और किसी और किसी पर भरोसा नहीं था। वहीं, उनके पास न पैसा थे, न खाना, न ही कोई संपर्क का साधन। उनके पास बस कुंभ स्नान के बाद लिया गया पवित्र गंगाजल था। तभी उन्होंने एक साहसी निर्णय लिया और तय किया कि अब वह पैदल ही जमशेदपुर अपने परिवार के पास लौट जायेगी। कांति देवी का यह भी दावा है कि बीते दस दिनों में उन्होंने न कुछ खाया और न वे सो पायी। बस पानी पी-पी अपना सफर तय किया.
