महाकुंभ में अदाणी-इस्कॉन चला रहा है दुनिया का सबसे बड़ा धार्मिक क्लाउड किचन, 22 दिन में लगभग 2 लाख किलो चावल और 1 लाख किलो आटे की हो चुकी है खपत

प्रयागराज : महाकुंभ में अदाणी समूह इस्कॉन के साथ मिलकर देश दुनिया से आए लोगों के लिए महाप्रसाद की व्यवस्था कर रहा है। इस परमार्थ के लिए दुनिया की सबसे बड़ी रसोई दिन-रात काम पर लगी रहती है।

मौनी अमावस्या और बसंत पंचमी के स्नान के दिनों को मिलाकर देखा जाए तो तकरीबन 5.5 लाख लोगों ने अदाणी-इस्कॉन का महाप्रसाद ग्रहण किया। इन 22 दिनों में तकरीबन 28 लाख लोगों ने महाप्रसाद ग्रहण किया और इसका वितरण लगातार जारी है।

40 से ज्यादा सेंटर्स पर महाप्रसाद का वितरण 

अदाणी और इस्कॉन की तरफ से महाप्रसाद का वितरण 13 जनवरी को आरंभ हुआ और लगातार जारी है। महाकुंभ क्षेत्र में मौजूद 40 से ज्यादा सेंटर्स पर महाप्रसाद का वितरण किया जा रहा है। इसके लिए क्षेत्र में ही 3 रसोईघर लगातार भोजन प्रसाद का निर्माण करते रहते हैं।

13 जनवरी से लेकर 3 फरवरी तक 2 लाख किलो से ज्यादा चावल, 1 लाख किलो से ज्यादा आटा, 1 लाख 50 हजार किलो से ज्यादा सब्जियां, 1 लाख 35 हजार किलो से ज्यादा दालें और 19000 किलो से ज्यादा देसी घी का इस्तेमाल हो चुका है।

लाखों ने ग्रहण किया है, अभी और लाखों को मिलेगा महाप्रसाद

पवित्र स्नान के दो दिनों यानी मौनी अमावस्या और बसंत पंचमी को ही लगभग 5.5 लाख लोगों ने महाप्रसाद ग्रहण किया। अगर महाप्रसाद ग्रहण करनेवाले कुल श्रद्धालुओं की बात की जाए तो 13 जनवरी से 3 फरवरी तक यह संख्या 28 लाख से ज्यादा रही।

उम्मीद की जा रही है कि महाकुंभ मेले के आखिरी दिन तक अदाणी-इस्कॉन की तरफ से तकरीबन 50 लाख श्रद्धालुओं को महाप्रसाद प्रदान किया जाएगा।

महाप्रसाद वितरण का काम लगभग पूरे दिन ही चलता रहता है। आखिर क्या राज़ है अदाणी-इस्कॉन के इस महाप्रसाद का जो इसे लोग प्रतिदिन खाने के बाद भी इसकी तारीफ करते नहीं थकते हैं।

खाने की गुणवत्ता से कोई समझौता नहीं

अदाणी-इस्कॉन रसोई का निर्माण भी इस तरह से किया गया है कि खाने की गुणवत्ता बनी रह सके। एक तरफ जहां एलपीजी सिलेंडरों का इस्तेमाल होता है तो दूसरी तरफ ईंट और मिट्टी के इस्तेमाल से चूल्हे भी बने हुए हैं। इन चूल्हों में गाय के गोबर से बने उपलों का इस्तेमाल होता है। यहां पर सब्जियों को धीमी आंच पर पकाया जाता है।

पूरे किचन को आईआईटी के 4 सिविल और मैकेनिकल इंजीनियरों ने तैयार किया है। इस्कॉन प्रवक्ता का कहना है कि हम कहीं भी 2 दिन के नोटिस पर 50 हजार लोगों के लिए खाना बनाने लायक किचन बना सकते हैं।

बता दें कि अदाणी समूह इस्कॉन के साथ मिल कर प्रतिदिन 1 लाख से ज्यादा लोगों को महाप्रसाद उपलब्ध कराने का लक्ष्य रखा है। अदाणी समूह गीता प्रेस के साथ मिलकर 1 करोड़ मुफ्त आरती संग्रह के वितरण का काम भी कर रहा है।
