गुमला :- गुमला जिला में स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं की गुणवत्ता को सुनिश्चित करने के उद्देश्य से गुमला जिले में लगातार प्रयास किए जा रहे हैं। इन्हीं प्रयासों का परिणाम है कि जिले के तीन आयुष्मान आरोग्य मंदिरों ने राष्ट्रीय गुणवत्ता आश्वासन मानक (NQAS) प्रमाणन में अपेक्षित स्कोर प्राप्त किया है।
चिरैया और गम्हरिया के आयुष्मान आरोग्य मंदिरों ने निर्धारित मानकों के अनुरूप प्रदर्शन करते हुए यह उपलब्धि हासिल की। चिरैया केंद्र ने 85.26 प्रतिशत और गम्हरिया ने 85.16 प्रतिशत अंक प्राप्त किए। ये दोनों केंद्र अब प्रमाणित स्वास्थ्य संस्थाओं की श्रेणी में शामिल हो गए हैं।
इस प्रक्रिया के तहत स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं का मूल्यांकन रोगी केंद्रित सुविधाएं, स्वच्छता, दस्तावेज़ प्रबंधन, संक्रमण नियंत्रण, आपातकालीन तैयारी तथा कर्मचारी प्रशिक्षण जैसे प्रमुख बिंदुओं पर किया गया। मूल्यांकन कार्य दो अलग-अलग राज्यों से आए बाहरी विशेषज्ञों द्वारा किया गया।
एनक्यूएएस प्रमाणन भारत सरकार के स्वास्थ्य एवं परिवार कल्याण मंत्रालय द्वारा संचालित एक प्रक्रिया है, जिसमें स्वास्थ्य संस्थानों का मूल्यांकन बाहरी मूल्यांकनकर्ताओं द्वारा किया जाता है। यह मूल्यांकन रोगी केंद्रित सेवाओं, स्वच्छता, दस्तावेजों की गुणवत्ता, संक्रमण नियंत्रण, कर्मचारी दक्षता और आपातकालीन सेवाओं की तैयारी जैसे मापदंडों पर आधारित होता है।
इस प्रक्रिया के अंतर्गत विभिन्न राज्यों से आए बाह्य मूल्यांकनकर्ताओं ने इन केंद्रों का निरीक्षण किया और प्रत्येक बिंदु पर अंक प्रदान किए। 70 प्रतिशत या उससे अधिक अंक प्राप्त करने वाले स्वास्थ्य केंद्रों को प्रमाणन प्रदान किया जाता है।
यह सफलता जिला स्वास्थ्य विभाग की नियमित निगरानी, स्वास्थ्य कर्मियों की सतत मेहनत और सेवाओं में निरंतर सुधार के प्रयासों का परिणाम है।
जिला स्वास्थ्य विभाग आने वाले समय में अन्य आयुष्मान आरोग्य मंदिरों को भी इस प्रमाणन की दिशा में आगे बढ़ाने के लिए प्रतिबद्ध है, ताकि जिले में गुणवत्तापूर्ण स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं का दायरा और भी विस्तृत हो सके।
