गुमला डीसी ने किया बसिया कृषक पाठशाला का निरीक्षण, अनियमितताओं पर जताई नाराज़गी

गुमला जिले के उपायुक्त कर्ण सत्यार्थी ने बुधवार को बसिया स्थित कृषि निदेशालय और शशांक एग्रोटेक प्रा. लि. द्वारा संचालित समेकित बिरसा ग्राम योजना सह कृषक पाठशाला का निरीक्षण किया। इस दौरान उन्होंने खेतों, प्रशिक्षण केंद्रों और पशुपालन इकाइयों का दौरा कर अधिकारियों को कई दिशा-निर्देश दिए।

मजदूरी भुगतान और तकनीकी खामियों पर सख्ती

निरीक्षण के क्रम में उपायुक्त ने फार्म प्रबंधक सुभाष कुमार सिन्हा से योजना के हर पहलू पर विस्तार से जानकारी ली। उन्होंने खेतों में काम करने वाले मजदूरों को सरकारी दर से मजदूरी सुनिश्चित करने का निर्देश दिया।

कृषक पाठशाला में पाई गई अनियमितताओं पर नाराज़गी जाहिर करते हुए उन्होंने संबंधित अधिकारियों को शीघ्र सुधारात्मक कदम उठाने का आदेश दिया। साथ ही एफटीओ (Field Training Officer) गठन की बात भी कही गई।

किसानों से संवाद और तकनीकी खेती को बढ़ावा

निरीक्षण के दौरान डीसी ने किसानों से भी सीधे संवाद किया और जीरा धान जैसी लाभकारी फसलों की खेती को अपनाने के लिए प्रेरित किया। उन्होंने कहा,
“कृषक पाठशाला सरकार की एक महत्वाकांक्षी योजना है, जिसका उद्देश्य किसानों को आधुनिक खेती की तकनीक से जोड़ना है।”

पशुपालन और एग्रो गतिविधियों का भी जायज़ा

उपायुक्त ने फार्म परिसर में मौजूद सुअर पालन शेड, मधुमक्खी पालन, कम्पोस्ट यूनिट, बकरी पालन, ब्रॉयलर एवं लेयर मुर्गी पालन शेड का भी निरीक्षण किया और आवश्यक दिशा-निर्देश दिए।

इसके बाद उन्होंने महिला स्वयं सहायता समूह द्वारा संचालित कोनबीर स्थित ‘जोहार एग्रो मार्ट’ एवं बीज दुकान का दौरा किया और ‘दीदियों’ से योजनाओं की जानकारी ली।

पलाश मार्ट में व्यवस्थाओं को लेकर दिए निर्देश

निरीक्षण के अगले चरण में डीसी ने पालकोट प्रखंड स्थित पलाश मार्ट का जायज़ा लिया। उन्होंने प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारी को निर्देशित किया कि दुकानों के बगल में एक बोर्ड लगवाया जाए जिसमें उपलब्ध उत्पादों की सूची हो और उस स्थान पर सोलर लाइट की भी व्यवस्था की जाए।

उपस्थित अधिकारी और टीम

इस निरीक्षण अभियान में एसडीओ जयवंती देवगम, बीडीओ सुप्रिया भगत, जिला कृषि पदाधिकारी विजय कुजूर, कृषि अभियंता निमन बोदरा, फार्म मैनेजर सुभाष सिन्हा सहित बड़ी संख्या में कृषक मौजूद रहे।

डीसी का यह दौरा गुमला जिले के ग्रामीण कृषि ढांचे को मज़बूत करने और किसानों को आत्मनिर्भर बनाने की दिशा में प्रशासन की प्रतिबद्धता को दर्शाता है। किसानों को समय पर प्रशिक्षण, तकनीकी सहायता और पारदर्शिता मिले — यह इस निरीक्षण का मुख्य उद्देश्य था।
