छात्रावास से भटके दो नाबालिग पहुंचे घाघरा, सतर्क नागरिकों की सजगता से सुरक्षित

सिसई थाना क्षेत्र से लापता दो नाबालिग छात्र बुधवार को रास्ता भटकते हुए गुमला जिले के घाघरा प्रखण्ड मुख्यालय पहुँच गए। छात्रावास का नाम न बता पाने की स्थिति में वे असहाय होकर रोने लगे, जिसे देख स्थानीय नागरिकों ने सजगता दिखाते हुए दोनों को सुरक्षित घाघरा थाना पुलिस के सुपुर्द कर दिया।

भटके बच्चे पहुंचे घाघरा, नाम बताया पर छात्रावास का नहीं

घटना के अनुसार, सिसई थाना अंतर्गत डीपा टोली निवासी आनंद उरांव और बरटोली निवासी आयुष राज नामक दो नाबालिग छात्र किसी छात्रावास में रहकर पढ़ाई कर रहे थे। लेकिन वे रास्ता भटककर सीधे घाघरा मुख्यालय जा पहुंचे। वहाँ उपस्थित लोगों को उन्होंने अपना नाम तो बताया, लेकिन छात्रावास का नाम न बता पाने के कारण मामला स्पष्ट नहीं हो सका।

स्थानीयों ने निभाई मानवता, पुलिस ने ली जिम्मेदारी

स्थानीय नागरिकों ने तत्परता से काम लेते हुए दोनों नाबालिगों को सकुशल घाघरा थाना पहुँचाया। घाघरा थाना पुलिस ने तुरंत कार्रवाई करते हुए सिसई थाना को सूचित किया और बच्चों की पहचान और परिजनों की खोजबीन का सिलसिला शुरू किया गया।

घाघरा थाना में दोनों बच्चों को सुरक्षित रखा गया है और उनकी देखभाल की जा रही है। वहीं सिसई थाना पुलिस डीपा टोली और बरटोली गांवों में उनके माता-पिता और अभिभावकों का पता लगाने में जुटी हुई है।

छात्रावासों की लापरवाही पर उठे सवाल, कड़ी कार्रवाई की मांग

इस घटना के बाद स्थानीय नागरिकों में आक्रोश देखा गया। लोगों ने जिला प्रशासन और शिक्षा विभाग से मांग की है कि जिस छात्रावास से बच्चे भटके, उसकी जांच कर दोषी पर सख्त कार्रवाई की जाए। नागरिकों का कहना है कि कई छात्रावासों में छोटे-छोटे बच्चों की पर्याप्त देखभाल नहीं होती है, जिससे उनकी सुरक्षा पर खतरा बना रहता है।

यह मामला न केवल प्रशासनिक चूक को उजागर करता है, बल्कि यह भी दर्शाता है कि बच्चों की सुरक्षा को लेकर छात्रावासों में कितनी लापरवाही बरती जा रही है। ऐसे में ज़रूरत है कि शिक्षा विभाग जिम्मेदारी ले और ऐसे संस्थानों पर सख्ती से कार्रवाई करे।
