गुमला जिले के घाघरा थाना क्षेत्र स्थित कुगांव गांव में एक वृद्ध की तालाब में डूबने से मौत हो गई। मृतक की पहचान भिखुवा उरांव (निवासी कुगांव) के रूप में की गई है। हालांकि हादसे को 24 घंटे बीत जाने के बावजूद शव को अब तक बाहर नहीं निकाला जा सका है, जिससे परिजनों में गहरी चिंता और आक्रोश व्याप्त है।
जाल और नौका से की जा रही तलाश, एनडीआरएफ को दी गई सूचना
घटना की जानकारी मिलते ही स्थानीय पुलिस ने शव की तलाश शुरू की। नौका और जाल के माध्यम से लगातार प्रयास किए जा रहे हैं, लेकिन अभी तक सफलता नहीं मिली है। घाघरा थाना प्रभारी पुनीत मिंज ने बताया कि एनडीआरएफ टीम को मेल के माध्यम से घटना की सूचना दे दी गई है और उनकी सहायता का इंतज़ार किया जा रहा है।
तालाब किनारे जुटी ग्रामीणों की भीड़, परिजनों का रो-रो कर बुरा हाल
घटना स्थल पर सैकड़ों की संख्या में ग्रामीण मौजूद हैं, जो अपने स्तर पर भी शव की तलाश में सहयोग कर रहे हैं। वहीं, मृतक के परिवार की स्थिति बेहद दयनीय है — लगातार रोने और बेसब्री से शव मिलने का इंतज़ार कर रहे हैं।
क्या है आगे की रणनीति?
स्थानीय प्रशासन अब एनडीआरएफ की मदद से शव निकालने की योजना पर काम कर रहा है। समाचार लिखे जाने तक शुक्रवार को शव नहीं मिल पाया था। प्रशासन का कहना है कि जैसे ही टीम पहुंचेगी, सर्च ऑपरेशन को और तेज़ किया जाएगा।
यह घटना तालाबों के आसपास की सुरक्षा व्यवस्थाओं और ग्रामीण इलाकों में आपदा प्रतिक्रिया की तत्परता को लेकर भी सवाल खड़े करती है। प्रशासन और आपदा प्रबंधन इकाइयों को ऐसे मामलों में अधिक संवेदनशील और सक्रिय होने की आवश्यकता है।
