कोटा में होने वाली जूनियर कुश्ती प्रतियोगिता में झारखंड की ओर से दम दिखाएंगे गुमला के प्रहलाद साहू

राजस्थान के कोटा में आगामी 19 से 21 अप्रैल 2025 तक आयोजित होने वाली जूनियर राष्ट्रीय कुश्ती प्रतियोगिता में झारखंड का प्रतिनिधित्व गुमला जिले के युवा पहलवान प्रहलाद कुमार साहू करेंगे। वह 92 किलोग्राम भार वर्ग में राज्य की ओर से चुनौती पेश करेंगे।

भारतीय कुश्ती संघ के तत्वावधान में हो रही प्रतियोगिता

भारतीय कुश्ती संघ और राजस्थान कुश्ती संघ के संयुक्त तत्वावधान में आयोजित इस राष्ट्रीय स्पर्धा में देशभर से चुनिंदा युवा पहलवान भाग लेंगे। गुमला जिला कुश्ती संघ के सचिव एवं कोच निलेश कुमार साहू ने जानकारी दी कि प्रहलाद की मेहनत और प्रदर्शन को देखते हुए उन्हें झारखंड टीम में स्थान मिला है।

खिलाड़ी को मिली शुभकामनाएं और समर्थन

झारखंड टीम में चयन की खबर मिलते ही जिले में खेल प्रेमियों में उत्साह की लहर दौड़ गई। जिला खेल पदाधिकारी मनोज कुमार, गुमला जिला कुश्ती संघ के अध्यक्ष संजय कुमार सिंह, उपाध्यक्ष लाल चंद्रशेखर नाथ साहदेव, गिरजा साहू, राकेश कुमार, संदीप कुमार सोनी समेत कई गणमान्य लोगों ने प्रहलाद को उज्ज्वल भविष्य की शुभकामनाएं दीं।

गुमला से राष्ट्रीय मंच तक की यात्रा

प्रहलाद कुमार साहू की यह उपलब्धि न केवल उनके व्यक्तिगत करियर में मील का पत्थर है, बल्कि गुमला जैसे जिले के युवाओं को भी खेल के क्षेत्र में आगे बढ़ने की प्रेरणा देती है। उनका चयन यह दर्शाता है कि ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों से भी प्रतिभाएं निकलकर राष्ट्रीय मंच तक पहुंच सकती हैं, बशर्ते उन्हें सही मार्गदर्शन और प्रशिक्षण मिले।

राष्ट्रीय स्तर की इस प्रतियोगिता में झारखंड को गौरवान्वित करने के लिए गुमला का यह युवा पहलवान पूरी तैयारी में जुटा हुआ है। उम्मीद की जा रही है कि प्रहलाद साहू अपने प्रदर्शन से राज्य और जिले दोनों का नाम रोशन करेंगे।
