गिरिडीह : जिला अस्पताल में स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं को सुदृढ़ और बेहतर बनाने के उद्देश्य से शनिवार को स्वास्थ्य चिकित्सा, शिक्षा एवं परिवार कल्याण विभाग के मंत्री इरफान अंसारी, और नगर एवं आवास विभाग, उच्च एवं तकनीकी, शिक्षा विभाग, कला संस्कृति खेलकूद एवं युवा कार्य विभाग के मंत्री सुदिव्य कुमार ने दीप प्रज्वलित कर सदर अस्पताल, गिरिडीह में ब्लड कंपोनेंट सेपरेशन यूनिट का लोकार्पण किया।

मंत्रियों ने उपलब्ध संसाधनों का अवलोकन कर जायजा लिया

लोकार्पण के बाद सदर अस्पताल में उपलब्ध संसाधनों का अवलोकन कर जायजा लिया गया। मौके पर कार्यक्रम को संबोधित करते हुए इरफान अंसारी ने कहा कि गिरिडीह जिले में स्वास्थ्य सुविधाओं और व्यवस्थाओं को बेहतर एवं सुदृढ़ किया जा रहा है। सदर अस्पताल में अत्याधुनिक संसाधनों की सुविधा उपलब्ध कराई जा रही है, जिससे कि यहां के लोगों को सुगम रूप से स्वास्थ्य सेवा का लाभ मिल सके।

सदर अस्पताल में संचालित इस ब्लड कंपोनेंट सेपरेशन यूनिट के शुरू होने से जरूरतमंद मरीजों को रक्त के विभिन्न घटकों का लाभ मिलेगा। ब्लड कंपोनेंट सेपरेशन यूनिट के माध्यम से आवश्यकता के अनुरूप व्यक्ति को उसके कंपोनेंट के अनुसार रक्त मुहैया कराया जा सकेगा। खासतौर पर थैलेसीमिया और गंभीर बीमारियों से ग्रसित बच्चों और मरीजों को इससे बड़ा लाभ मिलेगा।

मंत्री सुदिव्य कुमार ने इस सुविधा को स्वास्थ्य के क्षेत्र में एक बड़ी उपलब्धि बताया। उन्होंने कहा कि ब्लड कम्पोनेंट सेपरेशन यूनिट की शुरुआत के साथ, अब थैलेसीमिया के मरीजों को बार-बार पूरा खून चढ़ाने की आवश्यकता नहीं होगी। यूनिट की मदद से सिर्फ आवश्यक घटक, जैसे कि रेड ब्लड सेल्स या प्लेटलेट्स, अलग कर मरीजों को दिए जा सकते हैं। इससे न केवल मरीजों की रिकवरी बेहतर होगी, बल्कि रक्त की बर्बादी भी रुकेगी।

उन्होंने कहा कि स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं में सुधार के लिए और भी नई योजनाएं लाई जाएंगी। यह कदम उन मरीजों के लिए राहत लेकर आएगा, जो आर्थिक समस्याओं के कारण प्राइवेट अस्पतालों में महंगे इलाज का खर्च नहीं उठा सकते। इस यूनिट में अत्याधुनिक मशीनें लगाई गई हैं, जो तेजी से और सुरक्षित तरीके से रक्त के घटकों को अलग कर सकती हैं।

सदर अस्पताल में अब 1000 यूनिट ब्लड संधारण की क्षमता : डीसी

मौके पर उपायुक्त नमन प्रियेश लकड़ा ने कहा कि इस यूनिट के शुरू हो जाने से जिलों के कई मरीजों को लाभ मिलेगा। यूनिट शुरू होने से मरीजों को दूसरे शहर की ओर रुख नहीं करना पड़ेगा, जिससे समय और पैसे की भी बचत होगी। सदर अस्पताल में स्वास्थ्य सुविधाओं को दुरुस्त करने के लिए राज्य सरकार और जिला प्रशासन द्वारा उचित प्रयास किए जा रहे हैं।

ऐसे में जिले में गर्भवती महिलाओं समेत दुर्घटना में जख्मी होनेवाले व थैलीसीमिया के मरीजों को जान बचाने के लिए रक्त की आवश्यकता होती है। जिसके लिए यह कदम विशेष रूप से कारगर साबित होगा.  डीसी ने कहा कि केंद्रीय औषधि मानक नियंत्रण संगठन, भारत सरकार के द्वारा ब्लड कंपोनेंट सेपरेशन यूनिट सदर अस्पताल, गिरिडीह को रक्त केंद्र संचालन के लिए लाइसेंस प्रदान किया गया है। जिससे सदर अस्पताल में 1000 यूनिट ब्लड संधारण की क्षमता हो गई है।

इस सुविधा के जरिए जरूरतमंद लोगों को इसका लाभ मिलेगा। ब्लड कंपोनेंट सेपरेशन यूनिट एक ऐसी तकनीक है जो whole ब्लड को आरबीसी, प्लेटलेट्स, प्लाज्मा जैसे घटकों में अलग करती है। ये घटक विभिन्न चिकित्सा स्थितियों के लिए इस्तेमाल किया जाता है।
