नाबालिक किशोरी के साथ, उसके इच्छा के विरुद्ध जबरदस्ती बलात्कार करने का मामला प्रकाश में आया हैं

पुलिस ने त्वरित कार्रवाई करते हुयें , आरोप युवक को उठाकर लाया थाना , आवश्यक प्रक्रिया प्रारंभ

गुमला – गुमला जिला अंतर्गत स्थित घाघरा थाना क्षेत्र के एक गांव निवासी नाबालिक किशोरी के साथ उसके इच्छा के विरुद्ध जबरदस्ती बलात्कार की घटना की पुष्टि करते हुयें सोमवार के रात्रि लगभग 8 बजे , घाघरा थाना प्रभारी पुनीत कुमार मिंज ने बताया है की , उक्त प्राथमिकी दर्ज कराते ही पुलिस द्वारा त्वरित कार्रवाई करते हुयें उक्त आरोपी पवन उरांव को उक्त प्राथमिकी के आधार पर पकड़ कर घाघरा थाना लाकर आवश्यक छानबीन और पूछताछ करते हुए , आगे की कार्रवाई की जा रही हैं, उक्त नाबालिग किशोरी अपने परिजनों के साथ घाघरा थाना में अपने परिवार के साथ घाघरा थाना में आकर प्राथमिक की दर्ज कराई है , उक्त पीड़ित नाबालिग किशोरी ने अपने लिखित आवेदन में बताया हैं की, दो मई 2025 को अपने प्रखंड के एक गांव में एक शादी समारोह में गईं हुई थी, जहां पवन उरांव नायक एक युवक से मेरी जान-पहचान हो गई, कुछ देर बाद वह मुझे जबरदस्ती उठाकर घाघरा प्रखंड मुख्यालय के एक पुराने और निर्जन स्थान में स्थित एक घर में लेजाकर मेरे इच्छा के विरुद्ध मेरे साथ जबरदस्ती बलात्कार किया और तीन मई 2025 को मुझे गांव के आधे रास्ते में छोड़ते हुए , धमकी दी की , उक्त घटना के संबंध में किसी को बताओगी तो मुझे जान से मार दुंगा, भय से वह किसी को नहीं बताईं परन्तु वह डरते – डरते हुए , अपने परिवार को उक्त घटना के संबंध में पुरी घटना की विस्तृत जानकारी दे दी, और अपने परिवार के सदस्यों के साथ घाघरा थाना में पहुंचकर प्राथमिकी दर्ज कराई हैं ।
