जन समस्याओं के समाधान हेतु उपायुक्त की अध्यक्षता में जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस का आयोजन

गुमला : – गुमला जिला मुख्यालय स्थित समाहरणालय के सभागार में उपायुक्त गुमला प्रेरणा दीक्षित की अध्यक्षता में साप्ताहिक जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस का आयोजन किया गया। इस दौरान उपायुक्त द्वारा जिले के विभिन्न प्रखंडों से पहुंचे नागरिकों से मुलाकात कर उनकी समस्याएं सुनी गईं तथा आवश्यक निर्देश संबंधित पदाधिकारियों को दिए गए।

जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस के अवसर पर जिले के विभिन्न क्षेत्रों से लगभग 40 आवेदक अपनी – अपनी समस्याओं के समाधान हेतु पहुंचे। प्राप्त आवेदनों में मुख्य रूप से सड़क, बिजली, पानी, भूमि विवाद, सरकारी सहायता, रोजगार, जमीन ऑनलाइन करने के सम्बन्ध में, चिकित्सा सहायता एवं शिक्षा से जुड़ी समस्याओं को उपायुक्त गुमला के समक्ष रखा।

डूमरडीह पंचायत के अंतर्गत गमहरिया गांव में ग्रामीणों ने बताया कि यहां जलमीनार खराब पड़ा है। ग्रामीणों ने जलमीनार मरम्मती के सम्बन्ध में आवेदन दिया है।

सीता मुनि देवी ने अपने विक्षिप्त पति को कांके, रांची इलाज हेतु ले जाने के लिए पुलिस जवान प्रदान करने का अनुरोध किया है। इनका कहना है इनके पति मानसिक रोगी हैं। इनका इलाज कांके में चल रहा है,लेकिन अकेले उन्हें इलाज के लिए ले जाना संभव नहीं है। खरका पंचायत के डुमरला टोली में ग्रामीणों ने पेयजल हेतु चापानल लगाने की मांग की है।

खरका ग्राम निवासी आशुतोष पासवान ने गंभीर बीमारी योजना अंतर्गत सहायता प्रदान करने का अनुरोध किया है। इनकी दोनों किडनी खराब है। डॉक्टरों ने दोनों किडनी प्रत्यारोपण करने की सलाह दी है।

उपायुक्त गुमला प्रेरणा दीक्षित ने सभी आवेदनों को गंभीरता से सुनते हुए संबंधित विभागीय अधिकारियों को त्वरित कार्रवाई हेतु निर्देशित किया। उन्होंने कहा कि जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस आमजन की समस्याओं के समाधान हेतु एक सशक्त माध्यम है तथा प्रशासन सभी मुद्दों पर संवेदनशीलता के साथ त्वरित कार्रवाई सुनिश्चित करेगा।
