तालाब में डूबने से ढाई साल की बच्ची की मौत, परिजनों ने आंगनबाड़ी सेविका पर लगाया लापरवाही का आरोप

गुमला जिले के पतिया गांव में बुधवार को एक दर्दनाक हादसे में ढाई वर्षीय आयुषी कुमारी की तालाब में डूबने से मौत हो गई। यह मासूम बच्ची प्रतिदिन गांव के आंगनबाड़ी केंद्र जाया करती थी, लेकिन उसी दिन केंद्र अचानक बंद था। इस घटना को लेकर परिजनों ने आंगनबाड़ी सेविका पर गंभीर लापरवाही का आरोप लगाते हुए जिला प्रशासन से न्याय की मांग की है।

केंद्र बंद मिला, बच्चे पहुंचे तालाब की ओर

परिजनों के अनुसार, बुधवार को पतिया आंगनबाड़ी केंद्र बिना किसी पूर्व सूचना के बंद कर दिया गया था। इस कारण नियमित रूप से वहाँ जाने वाले बच्चे, जिनमें आयुषी भी शामिल थी, केंद्र के आस-पास खेलने लगे। खेलते-खेलते कुछ बच्चे पास के तालाब तक पहुँच गए और वहीं पानी में खेलने लगे। इसी दौरान आयुषी तालाब में गिर गई और डूब गई।

स्थानीय युवक ने देखी घटना, अस्पताल लाते-लाते गई जान

घटना के समय गाँव का एक युवक तालाब में स्नान करने आया, जिसने आयुषी को पानी में डूबा देखा। उसने तत्काल शोर मचाया और ग्रामीणों को सूचित किया। परिजनों द्वारा आयुषी को गुमला सदर अस्पताल ले जाया गया, जहां डॉक्टरों ने उसे मृत घोषित कर दिया। इस खबर से गाँव और परिवार में शोक की लहर दौड़ गई।

सेविका पर सवाल: न नामांकन, न निगरानी

आयुषी के माता-पिता — सुलेखा देवी और फिरू खड़िया — ने कहा कि अगर केंद्र खुला होता या सेविका बच्चों को वापस भेज देती, तो यह हादसा टल सकता था। उन्होंने यह भी आरोप लगाया कि सेविका शारदा जायसवाल ने यह कहकर अपनी जिम्मेदारी से पल्ला झाड़ने की कोशिश की कि आयुषी का नामांकन केंद्र में नहीं हुआ था। परिजनों ने सवाल उठाया है कि जब बच्ची प्रतिदिन केंद्र जाती थी, तो उसका नामांकन क्यों नहीं किया गया?

परिजनों की मांग: हो निष्पक्ष जांच और कार्रवाई

आयुषी के माता-पिता ने गुमला उपायुक्त को लिखित आवेदन देकर आंगनबाड़ी सेविका पर कानूनी कार्रवाई की मांग की है। उनका कहना है कि वे मजदूरी कर अपने परिवार का पालन करते हैं और न्याय ही उनके लिए एकमात्र उम्मीद है।
“अगर समय रहते सावधानी बरती जाती, तो हमारी बच्ची आज ज़िंदा होती,” — सुलेखा देवी, आयुषी की मां।
