गुमला में IAF फेलोशिप टीम का शैक्षणिक भ्रमण, विभिन्न विकास योजनाओं की मिली जानकारी

गुमला: वित्त विभाग और Nudge Lifeskill Foundation के बीच हुए समझौता ज्ञापन (MoU) के तहत भारतीय प्रशासनिक फेलोशिप (IAF) में चयनित 11 फेलो के लिए गुमला जिले में विशेष शैक्षणिक भ्रमण कार्यक्रम का आयोजन किया गया।

समाहरणालय में परिचय बैठक और विभागीय जानकारी

भ्रमण कार्यक्रम की शुरुआत गुमला के नया समाहरणालय भवन, चंदाली में एक विशेष बैठक के साथ हुई, जिसकी अध्यक्षता परियोजना निदेशक ITDA रीना हांसदा ने की। बैठक में जिले में संचालित विभिन्न विकास योजनाओं की विस्तृत जानकारी संबंधित विभागों के अधिकारियों द्वारा दी गई। इनमें पशुपालन, सहकारिता, ग्रामीण विकास, जिला योजना, उद्यान, समाज कल्याण, मनरेगा, पंचायती राज, मत्स्य पालन और JSLPS से जुड़े कार्यक्रम शामिल थे। इस दौरान फेलो टीम का जिला स्तरीय अधिकारियों से संवाद भी हुआ, जिससे उन्हें जमीनी स्तर पर कार्यान्वित योजनाओं की समझ मिली।

फेलो टीम ने विभिन्न परियोजनाओं का किया दौरा

बैठक के बाद IAF फेलो टीम ने जिला विज्ञान केंद्र और सावित्रीबाई फुले पुस्तकालय का भ्रमण किया, जहां उन्हें विज्ञान और शिक्षा क्षेत्र में चल रही गतिविधियों की जानकारी दी गई।

इसके बाद टीम ने रागी प्रोसेसिंग यूनिट और मिलेट कैफे का दौरा किया, जहां उन्होंने स्वयं सहायता समूह (SHG) की दीदियों से बातचीत कर उनके कार्यों और स्वरोजगार को लेकर जानकारी प्राप्त की।

शासन की योजनाओं को समझने का मिला अवसर

इस शैक्षणिक भ्रमण से फेलो टीम को जिले में संचालित योजनाओं, प्रशासनिक कार्यप्रणाली और ग्रामीण विकास कार्यक्रमों को समझने का अवसर मिला। अधिकारियों ने बताया कि इस तरह के कार्यक्रमों से प्रशासनिक फेलोज को नीतियों के जमीनी क्रियान्वयन को समझने और उनमें नवाचार जोड़ने की प्रेरणा मिलती है।
