गुमला में मैट्रिक एवं इंटर बोर्ड परीक्षाओं की तैयारियों पर समीक्षात्मक बैठक संपन्न

गुमला: आगामी 11 फरवरी से शुरू होने वाली मैट्रिक एवं इंटर बोर्ड परीक्षाओं की तैयारियों की समीक्षा हेतु गुमला समाहरणालय स्थित सभागार में अपर समाहर्ता शशिंद्र बड़ाइक की अध्यक्षता में एक महत्वपूर्ण बैठक आयोजित की गई। इसमें सभी परीक्षा केंद्रों के केंद्राधीक्षकों और प्रधानाध्यापकों को परीक्षा के सफल संचालन हेतु आवश्यक दिशा-निर्देश दिए गए। बैठक में जिला शिक्षा पदाधिकारी कविता खलखो, जिला शिक्षा अधीक्षक नूर आलम खां तथा सभी बीईओ एवं बीपीओ अधिकारी भी उपस्थित रहे।

परीक्षा केंद्रों की तैयारी सुनिश्चित करने के निर्देश

बैठक में निर्देश दिया गया कि जिले के सभी 12 प्रखंडों में 55 माध्यमिक परीक्षा केंद्रों तथा 32 इंटर परीक्षा केंद्रों में झारखंड अधिविद्य परिषद के दिशानिर्देशों के अनुरूप छात्र-अनुकूल वातावरण तैयार किया जाए। परीक्षा के दौरान पारदर्शिता बनाए रखने और छात्रों को तनावमुक्त माहौल देने पर जोर दिया गया।

सुविधाओं पर विशेष ध्यान

सभी परीक्षा केंद्रों में सीसीटीवी कैमरा, पेयजल, शौचालय, बेंच-डेस्क जैसी आवश्यक सुविधाएं उपलब्ध कराने के निर्देश दिए गए। परीक्षा केंद्रों पर सुरक्षा व्यवस्था को मजबूत करने और निष्पक्ष परीक्षा संपन्न कराने के लिए अधिकारियों को सतर्क रहने को कहा गया।

परीक्षार्थियों के लिए तनावमुक्त माहौल का आह्वान

बैठक में इस बात पर बल दिया गया कि परीक्षार्थियों को परीक्षा के दौरान किसी भी प्रकार की असुविधा न हो। परीक्षा केंद्रों पर अनुशासन बनाए रखने के साथ-साथ, परीक्षा आयोजन में लगे शिक्षकों एवं कर्मचारियों को उत्तरदायित्वपूर्वक कार्य करने के निर्देश दिए गए।

सभी परीक्षा केंद्रों की नियमित निगरानी

अधिकारियों को परीक्षा केंद्रों का नियमित निरीक्षण करने तथा किसी भी प्रकार की गड़बड़ी की स्थिति में त्वरित कार्रवाई करने के निर्देश दिए गए। परीक्षा की निष्पक्षता सुनिश्चित करने के लिए सतत निगरानी की व्यवस्था करने को कहा गया।

यह बैठक परीक्षा को सुचारू रूप से संपन्न कराने और छात्रों को सहज माहौल उपलब्ध कराने की दिशा में एक महत्वपूर्ण कदम के रूप में देखी जा रही है।
