डालमिया भारत फाउंडेशन की ग्राम परिवर्तन परियोजना कर रही कल्याणपुर (बिहार) में सतत परिवर्तन

कल्याणपुर, फरवरी, 2025: डालमिया भारत लिमिटेड (डीबीएल) की सीएसआर शाखा, डालमिया भारत फाउंडेशन (डीबीएफ), अपने अग्रणी फ्लैगशिप कार्यक्रम- ग्राम परिवर्तन परियोजना के जरिए ग्रामीण बिहार में सघन परिवर्तन ला रही है। सतत आजीविका और समग्र सामुदायिक विकास पर केंद्रित, इस पहल ने कल्याणपुर में अपने डालमिया सीमेंट (रोहतास सीमेंट वर्क्स) संयंत्र के पास, तीन ग्राम पंचायतों- समाहुता, बकनौड़ा और बंजारी के नौ गांवों में 4827 से अधिक लाभार्थियों के जीवन में एक स्पष्ट बदलाव किया है। लक्ष्य आधरित घरेलू-स्तर के हस्तक्षेपों के जरिए यह परियोजना ग्रामीण परिवारों को सशक्त बनाती है और टिकाऊ खेती, कौशल विकास और उद्यमिता को बढ़ावा देकर आर्थिक अवसरों को बढ़ाती है। कुल 3,367 मैप किए गए घरों में से, 18 महीनों में 2,991 घरों पर सीधे तौर पर प्रभाव पड़ा है, जिससे सामुदायिक आजीविका और जीवन की गुणवत्ता में सुधार हुआ है।

इस पहल के बारे में बात करते हुए, डालमिया सीमेंट- आरसीडब्ल्यू के उप कार्यपालक निदेशक और यूनिट हेड, श्री आशुतोष कुमार तिवारी ने कहा, “ग्राम परिवर्तन परियोजना को जमीनी स्तर के समुदायों को सस्टेनेबल, पर्यावरण के अनुकूल और न्यायसंगत आजीविका बनाने में मदद करने के लिए शुरू किया गया था, ताकि दीर्घकालिक आर्थिक प्रगति सुनिश्चित हो सके। इस पहल के माध्यम से, किसान जलवायु-अनुकूल प्रथाओं को अपना रहे हैं, महिलाएं उद्यमिता में कदम रख रही हैं, और युवा उद्योगों के लिए प्रासंगिक कौशल प्राप्त कर रहे हैं, जिससे क्षेत्र में आर्थिक आत्मनिर्भरता और समावेशी प्रगति को बढ़ावा मिल रहा है। भविष्य के दृष्टिगत डीबीएफ का लक्ष्य इस परिवर्तनकारी पहल की पहुंच को वंचित समुदायों तक विस्तारित करना और व्यापक पर्यावरणीय और सामाजिक प्रभाव डालना है।”
ग्राम परिवर्तन एक बहुआयामी दृष्टिकोण के माध्यम से टिकाऊ कृषि, पशुधन प्रबंधन, कौशल विकास और सूक्ष्म-उद्यमों को बढ़ावा देता है। अब तक 2,000 से अधिक किसानों ने टिकाऊ कृषि पद्धतियां अपनाई हैं, जो मिट्टी के स्वास्थ्य को बनाए रखते हुए उत्पादकता बढ़ाती हैं। वर्मीकम्पोस्ट, जीवामृत और अजोला की खेती को बढ़ावा देकर, फाउंडेशन रासायनिक निर्भरता को कम करता है और पुनर्योजी कृषि को आगे बढ़ाता है। आलू, प्याज, हरी मटर और लहसुन की खेती सहित विविध फसल सहायता, खाद्य सुरक्षा और बेहतर आय सुनिश्चित करती है। इसके अतिरिक्त, मुर्गी पालन और बकरी पालन, किचन गार्डन, हरा चारा और मशरूम की खेती जैसी पहलें पोषण, पशुधन कल्याण और वैकल्पिक आजीविका में योगदान करती हैं। दीक्षा कौशल विकास केंद्र में 180 से अधिक युवाओं को स्वास्थ्य सेवा और बिजली के काम जैसे व्यवसायों में प्रशिक्षित किया गया है, जिससे 15,000 से लेकर 20,000 रुपए तक की मासिक आय वाली टिकाउ नौकरियाँ हासिल हुई हैं। स्कूल नवीनीकरण, स्वच्छ पेयजल पहुंच और स्वास्थ्य देखभाल सुविधा उन्नयन जैसी सामाजिक अवसंरचना में सुधार से हजारों लोगों को लाभ हुआ है। स्वास्थ्य शिविरों और डिजिटल साक्षरता कार्यक्रमों ने सामुदायिक कल्याण को और समर्थन दिया है।
ग्राम परिवर्तन परियोजना के माध्यम से, डीबीएफ का उद्देश्य अपने परिचालन क्षेत्रों में ग्रामीण समुदायों में सतत विकास लक्ष्यों, दीर्घकालिक विकास और लचीलेपन की दिशा में प्रगति करना है।
