गुमला में साप्ताहिक जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस का आयोजन, उपायुक्त ने दिए समाधान के निर्देश

गुमला: उपायुक्त कर्ण सत्यार्थी की अध्यक्षता में मंगलवार को साप्ताहिक जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस का आयोजन किया गया, जिसमें जिले के विभिन्न हिस्सों से आए नागरिकों ने अपनी समस्याओं को प्रशासन के समक्ष रखा। उपायुक्त ने जन समस्याओं को गंभीरता से सुनते हुए संबंधित विभागों को त्वरित समाधान के निर्देश दिए।

ग्रामीणों ने सिंचाई व्यवस्था की मांग रखी

पालकोट प्रखंड के बनईडेगा डाडर टोली के ग्रामीणों ने उपायुक्त से क्षेत्र में सिंचाई के साधनों की व्यवस्था करने की मांग की। उन्होंने बताया कि खेतों में पानी की अनुपलब्धता के कारण किसान खेती नहीं कर पा रहे हैं, जिससे पलायन की समस्या बढ़ रही है। ग्रामीणों ने डीप बोरिंग और सोलर सिंचाई व्यवस्था स्थापित करने का अनुरोध किया, जिस पर उपायुक्त ने सॉइल कंजर्वेशन विभाग को आवश्यक कार्रवाई के निर्देश जारी किए।

जमीन विवाद का मामला पहुंचा उपायुक्त के पास

पालकोट प्रखंड के चैनपुर टांगरिया ग्राम निवासी चंदन प्रसाद ने बताया कि 1970 से उनके पिता के नाम की जमीन पर माफियाओं ने अवैध कब्जा कर लिया है और उनके परिवार को धमकाया जा रहा है। उपायुक्त ने इस पर संयुक्त रूप से जांच कर त्वरित कार्रवाई करने के निर्देश दिए।

अबुआ आवास योजना में बालू की कमी बनी बाधा

आवास योजना से जुड़े लाभुकों ने बताया कि मुख्यमंत्री अबुआ आवास योजना के तहत उन्हें मकान निर्माण के लिए पर्याप्त बालू नहीं मिल रही है, जिससे निर्माण कार्य अधूरा पड़ा हुआ है। इस पर उपायुक्त ने जिला खनन पदाधिकारी को आवश्यक कार्रवाई करने के निर्देश दिए।

पेयजल संकट को लेकर ग्रामीणों ने जताई चिंता

पालकोट के देवगांव के ग्रामीणों ने गांव में पेयजल की समस्या को दूर करने और जल कुल निर्माण की मांग रखी। उपायुक्त ने प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारी को प्राथमिकता के आधार पर इस मुद्दे को हल करने के निर्देश दिए।

कई मामलों का मौके पर ही हुआ समाधान

जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस के दौरान जमीन विवाद, रोजगार की मांग, सरकारी योजनाओं से संबंधित शिकायतें, पेयजल संकट और अन्य कई समस्याओं पर आधारित कई आवेदन प्राप्त हुए। इनमें से कई समस्याओं का मौके पर ही समाधान कर दिया गया।

उपायुक्त ने दी पारदर्शिता और त्वरित कार्रवाई के निर्देश

उपायुक्त कर्ण सत्यार्थी ने कहा कि जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस का मुख्य उद्देश्य नागरिकों की समस्याओं का शीघ्र समाधान करना है। उन्होंने सभी अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिया कि सभी शिकायतों पर पारदर्शिता और तत्परता के साथ कार्यवाही सुनिश्चित करें।

गुमला प्रशासन नागरिकों की शिकायतों के त्वरित निवारण के लिए प्रतिबद्ध है और आगे भी इसी तरह सुनवाई जारी रहेगी।
