एक्सआईएसएस छात्रों ने सेनेटरी नैपकिन पैड्स की बारीकियों को समझा

गुमला : – रांची स्थित जेवियर समाज सेवा संस्थान (एक्सआईएसएस) के 31 सदस्यीय छात्र दल ने शनिवार को डॉ॰ मधुमिता सिंगा के मार्गदर्शन में डुमरी प्रखंड में संचालित सेनेटरी नैपकिन पैड्स का शैक्षणिक भ्रमण किया। इस दौरान छात्रों ने पैड्स की बारीकियों को करीब से जाना और इससे जुड़ी व्यावसायिक संभावनाओं को समझा। शैक्षणिक दल ने प्रखंड के डुमरी पंचायत स्थित सेनेटरी फार्म का दौरा किया। जहां फार्म की संचालिका असद अंसारी ने पैड्स के तरीके,देखभाल और आर्थिक लाभ की जानकारी दी। छात्रों ने यह समझा कि सेनेटरी नैपकिन पैड्स से ग्रामीण महिलाओं को कैसे आत्मनिर्भर बनाया जा सकता है। इसके बाद छात्रों के दल प्रखंड मुख्यालय का दौरा किया। जहां उन्हें प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारी उमेश कुमार स्वांसी से मिलने का अवसर मिला। इस दौरान छात्रों को ग्राम सभा, ग्राम संगठन, क्लस्टर संगठन के कार्यों और लाभों के बारे में जानकारी दी गई।

जेएसएलपीएस दीदी मयंती देवी ने बताया कि एसएचजी से जुड़ने के बाद महिलाओं के जीवन में किस तरह सकारात्मक बदलाव आया। उन्होंने बताया कि इससे न सिर्फ उनकी आय बढ़ी,बल्कि समाज में भी उनका सम्मान बढ़ा है। मौके पर एक्स आई एसएस के छात्र छात्राएं,मार्केटिंग मैनेजर असद अंसारी,रंजिता कुमारी ,जेएसएलपीएस के अन्य सदस्य उपस्थित थे।
