गुमला – गुमला जिले के समस्त शिवालयों में भक्ति भाव से जलाभिषेक करने के लिए उमड़ी भक्तों की भीड़, शिव भक्तों ने किया जलाभिषेक , श्री श्री 108 श्री , देवों के देव महादेव एवं शक्ति स्वरूपा , भगवती माता पार्वती के मिलन का त्यौहार हैं महाशिवरात्रि , इस बार के महाशिवरात्रि पर , 149 सालों के बाद बना है यह खास अदभूत संयोग, यह संयोग पूरे विश्व के देशों और हिन्दू सनातन समाज के लिए काफी शुभप्रद्ध साबित होगी महाशिवरात्रि , औधड़दानी भगवान सदाशिव और भगवती माता पार्वती की आराधना के लिए समर्पित है, शिव प्रेम और करुणा के देवता हैं, हिंदू सनातनी धर्मलम्बीयों द्वारा महाशिवरात्रि को भगवान शिव और माता पार्वती के विवाह की रात के रूप में मनाया जाता है, महाशिवरात्रि देवाधिदेव महादेव , भगवान शिव एवं माता पार्वती के प्रति श्रद्धा और भक्ति व्यक्त करने का विशेष अवसर है “महाशिवरात्रि” जो भगवान शिव और माता पार्वती के मिलन का दिन माना जाता है , मान्यता है कि इस दिन भगवान शिव की पूजा करने से भक्तों की समस्त मनोकामनाएं पूर्ण होती है और महाशिवरात्रि का व्रत रखने से पापों का नाश होता है, आध्यात्मिक रूप से महत्वपूर्ण त्यौहार है , महाशिवरात्रि, हिंदू सनातन धर्मलम्बीयों का , बर्ष में एक बार आनेवाला सबसे बड़ा और महत्वपूर्ण त्योहार हैं “महाशिवरात्रि “, फलस्वरुप इस दिन समस्त सनातनी हिन्दू धर्मलम्बीयों द्वारा गुमला जिला के, बाबा टांगीनाथ धाम ( डुमरी ), बाबा देवाकी धाम ( घाघरा ) , बुढ़वा महादेव (करम टोली गुमला ) महासदाशिव मंदिर ( मरदा – गुमला ) जिला मुख्यालय स्थित प्रसिद्ध गोपाल मंदिर , प्रसिद्ध देवी मंदिर डीएसपी रोड़ गुमला, नौनियार मंदिर पालकोट रोड़ गुमला , जिला मुख्यालय के प्रसिद्ध काली मंदिर जशपुर रोड़ गुमला , नागफेनी प्रसिद्ध मंदिर , सहित जिले के अन्य अनेक समस्त शिवालयों में , लाखों भक्तों ने जलाभिषेक किया , उक्त सभी शिवालयों में जलाभिषेक के लिए भारी भीड़ – भाड़ का माहौल देखा गया, महाशिवरात्रि के दिन सभी भक्त अपने औधड़दानी , देवाधिदेव महादेव एवं माता पार्वती की कृपा पाने के लिए विधिवत पूजा अर्चना करते देखे गए, महाशिवरात्रि का त्यौहार शिवरात्रि फागुन माह के कृष्ण पक्ष की चतुर्दशी तिथि को मनाई जाती है महाशिवरात्रि का त्यौहार भगवान शिव और माता पार्वती को समर्पित है, महाशिवरात्रि पर्व पर गुमला मुक्तिधाम पूगू और पंचमुखी मंदिर, विंध्याचल नगर से श्री श्री 108 श्री देवों के देव महादेव दूल्हा बनकर सजे सांवरे बारात लेकर नगर भ्रमण पर निकाला गया, विशाल एवं भव्य जुलूस , जिसे देखने के लिए नर – नारी , युवक – युवती, बच्चे – बच्चियां और बड़े – बुजुर्ग पहुंचे , और सनातन धर्म की परंपराएं जीवंत हो उठी, यह परंपराएं आस्था और भक्ति का अंगूठा संगम है , ऐसी मान्यता है कि भक्ति के वशीभूत देवों के देव महादेव भगवान शिव भी सम्मान मनुष्य जीवन की परंपरा का निर्वाह करते हैं और भक्तों के भक्ति से वशीभूत होकर उनकी इच्छानुसार दर्शन भी देते हैं, महाशिवरात्रि के दिन देवो के देव महादेव दूल्हा और माता पार्वती को दुल्हन के रूप में भव्य दिव्य श्रृंगार किया जाता हैं, मान्यता है कि महाशिवरात्रि का पर्व माता पार्वती ने भगवान शिव को अपने पति रूप में प्राप्त करने उद्देश्य से शिव नवरात्रि के दौरान कठिन से कठिन तपस्या और आराधना की थी, इसी कारण श्रद्धालु भक्त इस अवधि में उपवास, पूजा – अर्चना और साधना कर देवों के देव महादेव भगवान शिव को प्रसन्न करके उनकी कृपा प्राप्त करने का प्रयास करते हैं, महाशिवरात्रि के दिन हल्दी, चन्दन, केसर, उबटन, सुगंधित इत्र, औषधि, और फलों के रस से भगवान भोलेनाथ और माता पार्वती को स्नान कराया जाता हैं, इसके बाद भव्य आकर्षक वस्त्र आभूषण, मुकुट,छत्र , और विभिन्न मुखारविंदों से अलंकृत किया जाता है, और फिर भक्तों के लिए भगवान का पट्ट ( द्वार ) खोला जाता हैं और फिर होता हैं , ऊं नमः शिवाय, ॐ हर हर महादेव – हर हर गंगे, माता पार्वती की जय , आदि नारों से गूंजे हो उठता हैं , समस्त शिवालय फिर जल और दूध आदि से होता हैं ” जलाभिषेक ”
