गुमला में खाद्य सुरक्षा विभाग का सघन छापेमारी अभियान, तंबाकू उत्पाद बेचने वालों पर कार्रवाई

गुमला, 27 फरवरी 2025 – गुमला जिला मुख्यालय में खाद्य सुरक्षा पदाधिकारी के नेतृत्व में पालकोट रोड, सिसई रोड और लोहरदगा रोड पर कोटपा 2003 (COTPA 2003) के तहत सघन छापेमारी अभियान चलाया गया। इस दौरान निकोटिन और तंबाकू युक्त उत्पादों की अवैध बिक्री करते हुए कई दुकानदारों को पकड़ा गया।

तंबाकू उत्पाद बेचने वालों को चेतावनी, व्यापारियों को लाइसेंस अनिवार्य

कार्रवाई के दौरान खाद्य सुरक्षा अधिनियम के तहत विक्रेताओं को सख्त चेतावनी दी गई और भविष्य में तंबाकू उत्पाद न बेचने के निर्देश दिए गए। इसके अलावा, खाद्य व्यापार से जुड़े सभी दुकानदारों को आवश्यक खाद्य लाइसेंस बनवाने के निर्देश दिए गए।

खाद्य लाइसेंस शिविर का आयोजन

इस अभियान के तहत 28 फरवरी 2025 को सिविल सर्जन कार्यालय के सामने स्थित खाद्य सुरक्षा कार्यालय में विशेष खाद्य लाइसेंस शिविर आयोजित किया जाएगा। व्यापारियों को निर्देश दिया गया है कि वे समय पर अपना लाइसेंस प्राप्त कर खाद्य सुरक्षा नियमों का पालन करें।

₹1600 का जुर्माना, प्रशासन ने की सख्ती

कोटपा एक्ट के तहत छापेमारी के दौरान कुल ₹1600 का जुर्माना लगाया गया।

अभियान में अधिकारियों की महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका

इस कार्रवाई में मुख्य खाद्य सुरक्षा अधिकारी लव कुमार गुप्ता, गुमला सदर थाना के एसआई, जिला तंबाकू निषेध सलाहकार वंदना, सूरज और प्रियांशु की अहम भूमिका रही।

जिला प्रशासन की अपील – नियमों का पालन करें

जिला प्रशासन, गुमला ने सभी व्यापारियों से खाद्य सुरक्षा नियमों का पालन करने और बिना लाइसेंस के खाद्य व्यापार न करने की अपील की है। प्रशासन ने स्पष्ट किया कि ऐसी छापेमारी आगे भी जारी रहेगी और नियमों का उल्लंघन करने वालों पर सख्त कार्रवाई की जाएगी।
