हजारीबाग: जिला स्वास्थ्य समिति के तत्वावधान में शुक्रवार को सिविल सर्जन सभागार में 100 दिवसीय यक्ष्मा उन्मूलन कार्यक्रम के तहत एक मीडिया वर्कशॉप आयोजित की गई। इस कार्यक्रम का उद्देश्य पत्रकारों को टीबी मुक्त भारत अभियान में उनकी भूमिका और दायित्वों से अवगत कराना था।
मीडिया की भूमिका महत्वपूर्ण
सिविल सर्जन डॉ. एस.पी. सिंह ने पत्रकारों को संबोधित करते हुए कहा कि भारत सरकार का लक्ष्य 2025 तक देश को टीबी मुक्त बनाना है, जिसके लिए झारखंड के चार जिलों में 100 दिवसीय विशेष अभियान चलाया जा रहा है। इस अभियान के तहत नए मरीजों की पहचान कर निःशुल्क उपचार उपलब्ध कराया जा रहा है।
डॉ. सिंह ने कहा कि मीडिया का सहयोग टीबी उन्मूलन अभियान को सफल बनाने के लिए बेहद आवश्यक है। उन्होंने पत्रकारों से अनुरोध किया कि वे टीबी के लक्षण, उपचार और बचाव के तरीकों के बारे में अधिक से अधिक जागरूकता फैलाएं, ताकि लोग सही समय पर जांच और इलाज करवा सकें।
टीबी के लक्षण और उपचार
डॉ. सिंह ने बताया कि टीबी के सामान्य लक्षणों में—
✔ लगातार खांसी आना
✔ भूख न लगना और वजन घटना
✔ सीने में दर्द और सांस लेने में परेशानी
✔ रात में अधिक पसीना आना
✔ खांसी में बलगम और खून आना
यदि ये लक्षण लंबे समय तक बने रहते हैं, तो तुरंत नजदीकी स्वास्थ्य केंद्र पर जांच करानी चाहिए। उन्होंने बताया कि टीबी का इलाज पूरी तरह मुफ्त है और सदर अस्पताल हजारीबाग एवं सभी प्राथमिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्रों पर यह सुविधा उपलब्ध है।
टीबी से बचाव के उपाय
✔ संतुलित आहार का सेवन करें
✔ रोग प्रतिरोधक क्षमता को मजबूत बनाएं
✔ संक्रमित व्यक्ति से सुरक्षित दूरी बनाए रखें
✔ नियमित रूप से दवा का सेवन करें
मीडिया कर्मियों को दिलाई गई जागरूकता की शपथ
कार्यक्रम के अंत में सिविल सर्जन ने उपस्थित पत्रकारों को टीबी उन्मूलन में जागरूकता फैलाने और अभियान को समर्थन देने की शपथ दिलाई।
इस वर्कशॉप में डॉ. आर.के. जायसवाल, डब्ल्यूएचओ कंसल्टेंट (टीबी प्रोग्राम), डॉ. साफिन रिहान सहित कई मीडिया प्रतिनिधि और अस्पताल कर्मी मौजूद रहे।
