अदाणी फाउंडेशन का ‘बटरफ्लाई इफेक्ट’: महिला सशक्तिकरण की नई दिशा

नई दिल्ली, फरवरी 2025: अंतरराष्ट्रीय महिला दिवस के पूर्व, अदाणी फाउंडेशन ने 19 फरवरी 2025 को नई दिल्ली में महिला सशक्तिकरण पर पहली राष्ट्रीय स्तर की राउंड टेबल चर्चा आयोजित की। इस मंच पर विभिन्न विशेषज्ञों और हितधारकों ने महिला सशक्तिकरण को गति देने के लिए महत्वपूर्ण रणनीतियों पर विचार-विमर्श किया। इसी अवसर पर फाउंडेशन ने अपनी ‘बटरफ्लाई इफेक्ट’ रूपरेखा का अनावरण किया, जो महिलाओं के जीवन के प्रत्येक चरण में उनकी बदलती जरूरतों के अनुसार सहयोग प्रदान करने के लिए तैयार की गई एक व्यापक पहल है।

महिला सशक्तिकरण के लिए समर्पित एक मंच

राउंड टेबल चर्चा का मुख्य उद्देश्य महिला-केंद्रित पहलों को मजबूत करना, प्रभावी रणनीतियों का निर्माण करना और सामाजिक एवं आर्थिक सशक्तिकरण के लिए नई साझेदारियों की संभावनाओं का पता लगाना था।

तीन दशक से महिलाओं के सशक्तिकरण में अग्रणी

1996 में स्थापित अदाणी फाउंडेशन, पिछले तीन दशकों से महिला सशक्तिकरण के लिए निरंतर प्रयासरत है। संस्था बचपन से लेकर वृद्धावस्था तक महिलाओं की जरूरतों के अनुरूप शिक्षा, स्वास्थ्य, पोषण, कौशल विकास और आत्मनिर्भरता को बढ़ावा देने के लिए कार्य कर रही है।

फाउंडेशन का दृष्टिकोण केवल वित्तीय सहायता तक सीमित नहीं है, बल्कि महिलाओं को सशक्त बनाकर उन्हें अपने निर्णय लेने में सक्षम बनाना भी इसका मुख्य लक्ष्य है।

‘बटरफ्लाई इफेक्ट’ रूपरेखा: एक समग्र प्रयास

इस नई रूपरेखा के तहत महिलाओं को स्वास्थ्य, शिक्षा, सतत आजीविका और बुनियादी ढांचे के क्षेत्रों में सहयोग प्रदान किया जाएगा, जिससे वे अपने परिवार और समाज के लिए बेहतर निर्णय ले सकें।

इस अवसर पर अदाणी फाउंडेशन ने ‘सपोर्टिंग हर एक्सपोनेंशियल एम्पावरमेंट (SHE)’ रिपोर्ट भी जारी की, जिसमें महिलाओं के लिए चलाई जा रही पहलों का विस्तृत विवरण दिया गया है।

सीईओ का बयान: महिलाओं के जीवन में लाने का संकल्प

अदाणी फाउंडेशन के मुख्य कार्यकारी अधिकारी डॉ. अभिषेक लखटकिया ने इस पहल की महत्ता पर जोर देते हुए कहा:
“हमारी योजनाएं महिलाओं को हर जीवन-चरण में समान अवसर उपलब्ध कराने के लिए बनाई गई हैं, जिससे उनका समग्र विकास और सशक्तिकरण संभव हो। यह पहली राष्ट्रीय राउंड टेबल चर्चा महिला सशक्तिकरण के क्षेत्र में एक महत्वपूर्ण कदम है, जिसके सकारात्मक परिणाम जल्द ही देखने को मिलेंगे।”

अब तक 20 लाख महिलाओं को लाभ

अदाणी फाउंडेशन अब तक 2 मिलियन (20 लाख) से अधिक लड़कियों और महिलाओं के जीवन को सकारात्मक रूप से प्रभावित कर चुका है। फाउंडेशन अपने समावेशी, सतत और परिवर्तनकारी दृष्टिकोण के माध्यम से भविष्य में भी महिलाओं के उत्थान के लिए कार्य करता रहेगा।
