गिरिडीह : पृथक राज्य आंदोलन और महाजनी शोषण के खिलाफ अगुवा रहे सूबे का प्रमुख राजनीतिक दल झारखंड मुक्ति मोर्चा का 52वां स्थापना दिवस मंगलवार को उसी ऐतिहासिक झंडा मैदान में मनाया गया जहां, 1973 में पहली पर अलग राज्य आंदोलन को तेज करने एवं कैसे लोगे झारखंड- लड़कर लेंगे झारखंड का, नारा दिया गया था। इस दौरान झारखड मुक्ति मोर्चा के फाउण्डर नेताओं द्वारा लिया गया संकल्प लम्बे संघर्ष के बाद पूरा हुआ, बल्कि दूसरी बार राज्य की जनता ने सीएम हेमंत सोरेन पर विश्वास व्यक्त कर सत्ता सौंपने का काम किया.

कल्पना सोरेन की झंडा मैदान से ही सक्रिय राजनीति में शुरूआत हुई थी 

लिहाजा कैडरों के लिए पार्टी का 52वां स्थापना दिवस बेहद है, क्योंकि विगत वर्ष पति हेमंत सोरेन के जेल में रहते हुए विपरीत परिस्थितियों में चार मार्च 2024  को विधायक कल्पना सोरेन ने इसी झंडा मैदान से सक्रिय राजनीति की शुरूआत कर पार्टी केडरों में नई तरह की ऊर्जा भरकर संगठन को मजबूती प्रदान करने का काम किया. खुद गाण्डेय विस से पहले उप चुनाव जीती. फिर 2024 के विस चुनाव में विधायक बनी। लिहाजा कल्पना सोरेन के एक वर्ष पूरे होने पर केक काटकर हर्ष व्यक्त किया गया।

कार्यक्रम की शुरुआत शहीदों की तस्वीर पर माल्यार्पण करके हुई। कार्यक्रम को मुख्यमंत्री हेमंत सोरेन, मंत्री सुदिव्य कुमार, सांसद डा. सरफराज अहमद, विधायक कल्पना सोरेन, जिला अध्यक्ष संजय सिंह सहित अन्य नेताओं ने संबोधित किया। 52वें स्थापना दिवस कार्यक्रम को मुख्यमंत्री हेमंत सोरेन से संबोधित करते हुए कहा कि हमने लम्बे संघर्ष के बाद अलग राज्य हासिल किया, लेकिन शुरुआत से लेकर दो दशक तक की सरकारों में राज्य को दल दल में धकेल दिया. अब जनता के आशीर्वाद आपार बहुमत से हम सत्ता में आए हैं। हम चुनौतियों से डरनेवाले में नहीं हम सामना करनेवाले लोग हैं।

राज्य की आर्थिक समृद्धि का बहुमुखी बजट पेश किया: सीएम

अपनी सरकार की उपलब्धियों की चर्चा करते हुए सीएम ने कहा कि हमारी सरकार का संकल्प है अगले पांच वर्षों में पिछड़े झारखंड को अग्रणी राज्य बनायेंगे -आधी आबादी को आत्मनिर्भर बनायेंगे। इस में दिशा काम शुरू किया गया है। प्रथम चरण में राज्य की आर्थिक समृद्धि का बहुमुखी बजट पेश किया गया है। सीएम ने कहा कि आनेवाले दिनों में राज्य की जनता को जाति-आवास -आय- जन्म-मृत्यु प्रमाण पत्र बनाने के लिए विभागों के चक्कर नहीं लगाने पड़ेंगे। सरकारी कर्मी घर पर आकर प्रमाण पत्र निर्गत करेंगे।

मुख्यमंत्री ने भारत सरकार पर हमेशा झारखंड के साथ सौतेला व्यवहार करने का आरोप लगाते हुए झारखंड की जनता का आह्वान किया कि गरीबों को अपने हक अधिकार के लिए संघर्ष करना पड़ता है। खनिजों के एवज में राज्य का हिस्सा हासिल करने के लिए जनमानस को सड़क पर उतरना होगा। जरूरत पड़ी तो कोयला खदानों को चलने नहीं दिया जायेगा। राज्य में स्थित भारत सरकार के उपक्रमों से राज्य का बकाया एक लाख 36 करोड की वसूली होगी।

कार्यक्रम में परंपरागत नृत्य से स्वागत हुआ

झामुमो अध्यक्ष सीएम सोरेन ने केन्द्र सरकार पर तंज कसते हुए कहा कि इस वक्त देश बड़ी विकट स्थिति से गुजर रहा है। लेकिन केन्द्र में सतारूढ़ सरकार को कुछेक राज्य छोड़कर देश का सर्वांगीण विकास कैसे हो इसकी चिंता नही हैं।

उन्होंने कहा कि 2024 के दोनों चुनावों में झारखंड की जनता ने सामंतवादियों को मुहँतोड़ जवाब दिया है। इसके लिए राज्य की जनता का हम तहेदिल से आभार व्यक्त करते हैं। इससे पहले मुख्यमंत्री हेमंत अपनी पत्नी कल्पना के साथ मंच पर पहुंचे और उपस्थित जनसमूह का हाथ हिलाकर अभिवादन किया। इस दौरान उपस्थित कार्यकर्ताओं ने मुख्यमंत्री को फूल-मालाओं से लाद दिया। कार्यक्रम के दौरान परंपरागत नृत्य से किया गया।

कल्पना ने स्थापना दिवस पर केक काटा

मुख्यमंत्री हेमंत और उनकी धर्मपत्नी विधायक कल्पना ने स्थापना दिवस पर केक काटा. केक काटने के बाद दोनों को कार्यकर्ताओं ने चांदी का मुकुट भी पहनाया गया। कार्यकर्ताओं में काफी उत्साह देखा गया. कार्यकर्ता शिबू सोरेन जिंदाबाद, मुख्यमंत्री हेमंत सोरेन जिंदाबाद, कल्पना सोरेन जिंदाबाद, सुदिव्य कुमार जिंदाबाद का नारा लगा रहे थे।

कार्यक्रम में जिले के सुदूरवर्ती इलाके से भी कार्यकर्ताओं की भीड़ ढोल-नगाड़े के साथ झंडा मैदान पहुंची थी  पूरे शहर को दुल्हन की तरह से हरी लाईटों से सजा दिया गया है। शहीदों के नाम तोरणद्वार बनाय गये थे। सुरक्षा को देखते हुए जिला प्रशासन की तरफ से पुख्ता व्यवस्था की गई है। जिलाधिकारी नमन प्रियेश लकड़ा के साथ एसपी डॉ विमल कुमार व अन्य आला अफसर मोनिटरिंग कर रहे थे।
