जय सरना आजीविका सखी मंडल: स्वरोजगार से सशक्तिकरण की नई मिसाल

गुमला: उज्जना बिजना अभियान के तहत जय सरना आजीविका सखी मंडल, ग्राम डुमरी, प्रखंड डुमरी ने महिला सशक्तिकरण और आर्थिक आत्मनिर्भरता की दिशा में उल्लेखनीय सफलता हासिल की है। JSLPS और जिला प्रशासन के सहयोग से इस सखी मंडल को “किशोरी सुपर नोवा सैनिटरी पैड” निर्माण इकाई के रूप में स्थापित किया गया, जिससे महिलाओं को रोजगार के बेहतर अवसर मिले।

रोजगार से आत्मनिर्भरता की ओर कदम

इस सखी मंडल की 12 सदस्याएं पहले असंगठित क्षेत्र में कार्यरत थीं और आर्थिक कठिनाइयों का सामना कर रही थीं। RSETI गुमला में उन्हें पांच दिवसीय विशेष प्रशिक्षण दिया गया, जिसके बाद सैनिटरी पैड निर्माण की मशीनें उपलब्ध कराई गईं। इस पहल से महिलाओं को नियमित रोजगार मिलने लगा और वे अपने परिवार की आर्थिक स्थिति को सुदृढ़ करने में सक्षम हो गईं।

स्थानीय व राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर मिली पहचान

जय सरना सखी मंडल द्वारा निर्मित “किशोरी सुपर नोवा सैनिटरी पैड्स” का उत्पादन और विपणन द हंस फाउंडेशन, जिला समाज कल्याण विभाग, गुमला और अन्य संस्थाओं के सहयोग से किया जा रहा है। वर्तमान में इस इकाई की मासिक आय लगभग 3 लाख रुपये तक पहुंच चुकी है। इस सफलता को देखते हुए, झारखंड सरकार की ग्रामीण विकास मंत्री दीपिका पांडे सिंह और नीति आयोग की टीम ने इकाई का दौरा कर महिलाओं के प्रयासों की सराहना की।

प्रशासनिक सहयोग से सफलता की नई राह

गुमला उपायुक्त कर्ण सत्यार्थी, DMMU गुमला, प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारी डुमरी उमेश कुमार स्वांशी और JSLPS गुमला की समन्वित पहल से यह सखी मंडल सफलता की नई ऊंचाइयों को छू रहा है। उज्जना बिजना अभियान के तहत इस समूह ने महिला सशक्तिकरण और स्वरोजगार की मिसाल पेश की है, जिससे अन्य महिलाओं को भी प्रेरणा मिलेगी।
