महिला सशक्तिकरण की ओर कदम: RSETI गुमला से प्रशिक्षण लेकर आत्मनिर्भर बनीं जिले की महिलाएं

गुमला: उपायुक्त कर्ण सत्यार्थी की पहल से संचालित “उज्जना बिज्जना अभियान” के तहत जिले की महिलाओं को स्वरोजगार से जोड़ने की दिशा में अहम प्रयास किए जा रहे हैं। RSETI गुमला (रूरल सेल्फ एंप्लॉयमेंट ट्रेनिंग इंस्टीट्यूट) के सहयोग से कई महिलाओं को विभिन्न व्यवसायों में प्रशिक्षित किया गया है, जिससे वे सफल उद्यमी बनकर आत्मनिर्भर हो रही हैं।

महिला उद्यमियों की प्रेरणादायक कहानियां

सुमित्रा तिर्की – सिलाई व्यवसाय से आत्मनिर्भरता
चैनपुर प्रखंड के टोंगो गांव की सुमित्रा तिर्की ने RSETI गुमला से 30 दिवसीय सिलाई प्रशिक्षण प्राप्त किया। प्रशिक्षण के बाद उन्होंने बैंक ऑफ इंडिया, चैनपुर शाखा से ₹35,000 का लोन लिया और अपने गांव में सिलाई का काम शुरू किया। उनके व्यवसाय में उनके पति भी सहयोग कर रहे हैं, जिससे उनकी आमदनी लगातार बढ़ रही है।

रुक्मणि देवी – कॉस्ट्यूम ज्वैलरी निर्माण में नई पहचान
सिसई की रहने वाली रुक्मणि देवी ने कॉस्ट्यूम ज्वैलरी बनाने का प्रशिक्षण प्राप्त किया। उन्होंने चूड़ियों का आकर्षक डिजाइन बनाना शुरू किया और अब बाजार में अपने हस्तनिर्मित आभूषण बेच रही हैं। उनके इस व्यवसाय ने उन्हें आर्थिक रूप से सशक्त बनाया है।

नीलम दुलारी ककेरकेट्टा – बकरी पालन से सफलता की राह
घाघरा प्रखंड के लावादाग गांव की नीलम दुलारी ककेरकेट्टा ने बकरी पालन का प्रशिक्षण प्राप्त किया और इसे अपनी आजीविका का हिस्सा बना लिया। आज उनके पास 35 बकरियां हैं, जिससे उनकी आमदनी में काफी वृद्धि हुई है।

रोशनी देवी – बकरी पालन को बनाया व्यवसाय
भरनो प्रखंड के अमलिया पंचायत के खरका गांव की रोशनी देवी ने भी बकरी पालन का प्रशिक्षण लिया। आज उनके पास 50 से अधिक बकरियां हैं, जिससे वे आर्थिक रूप से आत्मनिर्भर बन चुकी हैं और अन्य महिलाओं के लिए प्रेरणा बनी हैं।

मोनिका कुमारी – सिलाई से आत्मनिर्भर बनीं
शकरपुर, गम्हरिया की मोनिका कुमारी ने सिलाई प्रशिक्षण प्राप्त कर इसे अपना व्यवसाय बना लिया। अब वे अपने हुनर से अच्छी आमदनी अर्जित कर रही हैं और परिवार की आर्थिक स्थिति को मजबूत बना रही हैं।

महिलाओं को स्वरोजगार से जोड़ने की पहल

जिला प्रशासन द्वारा उज्जना बिजना अभियान के तहत RSETI गुमला के सहयोग से महिलाओं को विभिन्न व्यवसायों से जोड़ा जा रहा है। इस प्रशिक्षण से महिलाएं आर्थिक रूप से स्वतंत्र होने के साथ-साथ आत्मनिर्भरता की ओर बढ़ रही हैं। इन सफल उद्यमियों की कहानियां साबित करती हैं कि सही मार्गदर्शन और संसाधन मिलने पर महिलाएं किसी भी क्षेत्र में सफलता हासिल कर सकती हैं।
