जनता की शिकायतों पर त्वरित संज्ञान, उपायुक्त ने दिए तत्काल समाधान के निर्देश

गुमला, 28 अप्रैल 2025 — गुमला जिला प्रशासन ने आम नागरिकों की समस्याओं को सुनने और शीघ्र समाधान सुनिश्चित करने हेतु आयोजित साप्ताहिक जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस में जनता की मांगों पर गंभीरता से संज्ञान लेते हुए संबंधित अधिकारियों को आवश्यक कार्रवाई के निर्देश दिए। उपायुक्त कर्ण सत्यार्थी की अध्यक्षता में इस जनसुनवाई में ग्रामीण और शहरी क्षेत्रों से बड़ी संख्या में लोग अपनी समस्याएं लेकर पहुँचे।

क्या-क्या मुद्दे आए सामने?

जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस के दौरान उपायुक्त ने एक-एक फरियादी की समस्याएं गंभीरता से सुनीं और उन्हें शीघ्र निष्पादन का भरोसा दिया। सुनवाई के दौरान विभिन्न पंचायतों से आईं समस्याएं इस प्रकार थीं:

पटरूंगी गांव में पुलिया निर्माण की मांग

गुमला प्रखंड की आकाशी पंचायत के पटरूंगी गांव के ग्रामीणों ने पूना बांधा के समीप पुलिया निर्माण हेतु आवेदन दिया। ग्रामीणों ने खुद जमीन चिन्हित कर दी है। उपायुक्त ने इसपर संबंधित अधिकारी को तुरंत कार्रवाई का निर्देश दिया।

डुमरला गांव में पेयजल संकट

खरका पंचायत के डुमरला गांव में 15 घरों के लिए पानी की समस्या गंभीर बनी हुई है। ग्रामीणों ने चापानल लगवाने की मांग की, जिसपर उपायुक्त ने त्वरित कार्रवाई के आदेश दिए।

धनगांव में रास्ता अवरुद्ध, मकान निर्माण से ग्रामीण परेशान

कुम्हरिया पंचायत के जामटोली गांव में एक व्यक्ति द्वारा पूर्ववर्ती सार्वजनिक रास्ते पर अवैध आवास निर्माण कर दिया गया है, जिससे आम जनता को आने-जाने में परेशानी हो रही है। उपायुक्त ने स्थल निरीक्षण कर कार्रवाई का निर्देश दिया।

आंगनबाड़ी केंद्रों में बुनियादी सुविधाओं की कमी

सिसई प्रखंड के उत्तरी बड़गांव स्थित वार्ड 10 और 11 के आंगनबाड़ी केंद्रों में पेयजल और शौचालय की सुविधा नहीं है, जिससे कर्मियों को असुविधा होती है। उपायुक्त ने इन केंद्रों में आवश्यक निर्माण कार्य हेतु संबंधित पदाधिकारी को आदेश दिया।

अन्य प्राप्त शिकायतें और कार्रवाई

जनसुनवाई के दौरान अबूआ आवास योजना, भूमि अधिग्रहण मुआवजा, रोजगार, आर्थिक सहायता, सड़क निर्माण, राशन कार्ड में नाम जोड़ना, पारिवारिक पेंशन, आधार कार्ड निर्माण, सरकारी योजनाओं का लाभ आदि से जुड़ी समस्याओं पर भी शिकायतें दर्ज की गईं।

उपायुक्त ने लगभग 30 से अधिक आवेदकों से व्यक्तिगत मुलाकात कर उनकी समस्याएं सुनीं और संबंधित विभागों को निर्देश दिया कि सभी मामलों की भौतिक सत्यापन कर शीघ्र समाधान सुनिश्चित करें।
