गुमला में पीडीएस डीलरों को स्मार्ट वितरण प्रणाली पर प्रशिक्षण, 1 मई से होगा नया सॉफ्टवेयर लागू

गुमला, झारखंड — जिले के घाघरा और बिशुनपुर प्रखंडों में सभी सार्वजनिक वितरण प्रणाली (पीडीएस) दुकानदारों को आगामी 1 मई 2025 से लागू होने वाले स्मार्ट पीडीएस वितरण प्रणाली के लिए एक दिवसीय प्रशिक्षण दिया गया। यह प्रशिक्षण घाघरा प्रखंड कार्यालय परिसर के सभागार में आयोजित हुआ, जिसका उद्देश्य राशन वितरण प्रक्रिया को डिजिटल और पारदर्शी बनाना है।

क्या है स्मार्ट पीडीएस और किसलिए दिया गया प्रशिक्षण?

स्मार्ट पीडीएस प्रणाली के अंतर्गत पीडीएस डीलरों को एक नए सॉफ्टवेयर प्लेटफॉर्म के जरिए राशन वितरण करना होगा। इसी उद्देश्य से जिला मुख्यालय से आए प्रशिक्षक मनीष कुमार एवं मुर्शिद रजा ने डीलरों को सॉफ्टवेयर की कार्यप्रणाली, लाभुकों का डेटा एंट्री, वितरण ट्रैकिंग, और डिजिटल हस्ताक्षर की प्रक्रिया से अवगत कराया।

प्रशिक्षण में यह भी बताया गया कि:

• केंद्र सरकार द्वारा लाभुकों को चावल, गेहूं और चीनी प्रदान किया जाता है।

• राज्य सरकार की ओर से दाल, नमक, चावल और धोती–साड़ी जैसी वस्तुएँ उपलब्ध कराई जाती हैं।

प्रशिक्षण में कौन-कौन रहे उपस्थित?

इस कार्यक्रम में घाघरा और बिशुनपुर प्रखंड के सभी अधिकृत पीडीएस डीलर शामिल हुए। मौके पर विभागीय प्रतिनिधि शिशिर शर्मा, निमाज खान, दीपक गुप्ता, श्याम बिहारी शुक्ला आदि भी मौजूद रहे, जिन्होंने कार्यक्रम को सफल बनाने में सहयोग दिया।

प्रशिक्षण का उद्देश्य और आगे की योजना

प्रशासन का उद्देश्य राशन वितरण प्रणाली में पारदर्शिता और कुशलता लाना है, जिससे लाभुकों को बिना किसी बाधा के समय पर खाद्यान्न प्राप्त हो सके। स्मार्ट पीडीएस के तहत वितरण प्रक्रिया का हर चरण डिजिटल रूप से रिकॉर्ड किया जाएगा, जिससे गड़बड़ी की संभावना नगण्य हो जाएगी।
