झारखंड के स्कूलों में ‘प्रहरी क्लब’ के जरिए चलेगा नशा विरोधी अभियान, छात्रों में फैलाई जाएगी जागरूकता

रांची | 28 अप्रैल 2025 — झारखंड शिक्षा परियोजना परिषद द्वारा राज्य के 2700 माध्यमिक एवं उच्च माध्यमिक विद्यालयों में ‘प्रहरी क्लब’ के माध्यम से छात्रों को मादक पदार्थों के दुष्प्रभावों से अवगत कराने और नशे के खिलाफ एक सशक्त जनजागरूकता अभियान चलाने की पहल की गई है। यह अभियान राज्य के स्कूली शिक्षा एवं साक्षरता विभाग के मार्गदर्शन में संचालित होगा।

क्यों और कैसे शुरू हुआ ‘प्रहरी क्लब’ अभियान?

‘प्रहरी क्लब’ का गठन राज्य सरकार द्वारा नशे की बढ़ती प्रवृत्ति को रोकने और किशोरावस्था में छात्रों को इससे बचाने के उद्देश्य से किया गया है। ये क्लब न केवल छात्रों को नशे के मानसिक, शारीरिक और सामाजिक नुकसान की जानकारी देंगे, बल्कि उन्हें स्वस्थ जीवनशैली अपनाने की प्रेरणा भी देंगे।

प्रत्येक क्लब में एक प्रधानाध्यापक/प्रभारी प्रधानाध्यापक, दो वरिष्ठ शिक्षक और तीन छात्र-छात्राएँ शामिल होंगे। साथ ही इसमें नारकोटिक्स कंट्रोल ब्यूरो (NCB), यूनिसेफ, सिनी, PHIA, RIMS, RINPAS, एनसीसी और स्थानीय पुलिस जैसे हितधारकों का सहयोग भी लिया जाएगा।

प्रशिक्षण और निगरानी का व्यापक प्रबंध

इस अभियान को प्रभावी बनाने हेतु मई माह में राज्य स्तरीय प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम का आयोजन किया जाएगा, जिसमें सभी जिलों के चयनित आठ प्रतिनिधि हिस्सा लेंगे। रांची स्थित झारखंड शिक्षा परियोजना परिषद के सभागार में एक दिवसीय इस कार्यशाला में एनसीबी, यूनिसेफ, रिम्स और प्रशासनिक अधिकारी प्रशिक्षण देंगे। कुल 192 प्रतिभागी इस प्रशिक्षण में भाग लेंगे।

प्रशिक्षण के उपरांत ये पदाधिकारी अपने-अपने जिलों में अभियान की सतत निगरानी और अनुश्रवण करेंगे ताकि कार्यक्रम का प्रभाव स्कूल स्तर तक पहुंचे।

विद्यालयों में कैसे होंगे जागरूकता कार्यक्रम?

अगस्त माह से स्कूल स्तर पर नियमित जागरूकता गतिविधियाँ चलाई जाएंगी, जिनमें शामिल होंगे:

• साप्ताहिक प्रार्थना सभा में नशा उन्मूलन संदेश

• पोषक क्षेत्रों में प्रभात फेरी

• एसएमसी की मासिक बैठकों में अभिभावकों को जानकारी देना

• पोस्टर, पेंटिंग, स्लोगन, क्विज़, निबंध और वाद-विवाद प्रतियोगिताएं

• साइकिल रैली एवं नुक्कड़ नाटक

यह गतिविधियाँ छात्र-छात्राओं और समुदाय दोनों को नशे के खिलाफ जागरूक करेंगी।
