हजारीबाग — विनोबा भावे विश्वविद्यालय (वीबीयू) के कुलपति प्रो. चंद्र भूषण शर्मा ने मंगलवार को विवेकानंद सभागार में आयोजित संवाद कार्यक्रम में शोधार्थियों से सीधा संवाद स्थापित करते हुए विश्वविद्यालय के शोध की स्थिति, चुनौतियाँ और भावी योजनाओं पर विस्तार से चर्चा की। कार्यक्रम में कुलपति ने शोध के स्तर को ऊँचा उठाने और शोधार्थियों को हरसंभव सुविधा देने का आश्वासन दिया।
शोध की गुणवत्ता सुधार होगी प्राथमिक प्राथमिकता
कार्यक्रम की शुरुआत दोपहर 12 बजे हुई, जहां विश्वविद्यालय के विभिन्न विभागों से आए शोधार्थियों ने कुलपति से खुलकर संवाद किया। कुलपति ने बताया कि विश्वविद्यालय में वर्तमान में 269 शोधार्थी पंजीकृत हैं, लेकिन उपस्थिति अपेक्षाकृत कम रही। उन्होंने स्पष्ट किया कि विश्वविद्यालय की प्रतिष्ठा उसके शोध की गुणवत्ता से तय होती है, इसलिए अब शोध प्रक्रिया को अधिक गंभीर और व्यवस्थित बनाया जाएगा।
प्रतिष्ठित पत्रिकाओं में लेख प्रकाशित करने पर मिलेगा पुरस्कार
कुलपति ने शोधार्थियों को नियमित रूप से गुणवत्तापूर्ण शोध लेख लिखने और प्रतिष्ठित जर्नल में प्रकाशित कराने के लिए प्रोत्साहित किया। उन्होंने यह भी कहा कि अगर किसी संगोष्ठी में शोधार्थी का पेपर स्वीकृत होता है और उसे वित्तीय सहायता नहीं मिलती, तो विश्वविद्यालय आर्थिक सहयोग पर विचार करेगा।
प्लेगियारिज्म रिपोर्ट अब एक दिन में
शोध में मौलिकता सुनिश्चित करने के लिए कुलपति ने बताया कि प्लेगियारिज्म जांच की प्रक्रिया को तेज किया गया है और अब एक दिन में रिपोर्ट उपलब्ध कराई जाएगी। उन्होंने कहा कि शोध आलेखों पर भी प्लेगियारिज्म जांच अनिवार्य की जाएगी।
कोर्सवर्क अब एक वर्ष में पूरा होगा
शोधार्थियों ने शिकायत की कि छह माह का कोर्सवर्क पूरा करने में दो वर्ष लग जाते हैं। इस पर कुलपति ने भरोसा दिलाया कि भविष्य में यह कार्य छह माह से एक वर्ष के भीतर पूर्ण किया जाएगा। उन्होंने बताया कि अब कोर्सवर्क के अंकपत्र में दो अतिरिक्त क्रेडिट का भी उल्लेख होगा।
छात्रावास, पुस्तकालय और सुविधाओं पर विशेष ध्यान
कुलपति ने महिला शोधार्थियों को आश्वस्त किया कि छात्रावास सालभर खुला रहेगा और अवकाश में जबरन खाली नहीं कराया जाएगा। वहां महिला सुरक्षा कर्मी की भी नियुक्ति की जाएगी। पुस्तकालय की स्थिति पर चर्चा करते हुए उन्होंने कहा कि हाल में सिर्फ 18 पुस्तकें खरीदी गई हैं, जो अपर्याप्त है। पुस्तकालय को वातानुकूलित करने और आसपास चाय-पेयजल की सुविधा बढ़ाने की योजना भी साझा की गई।
शोध पर विशेष व्याख्यान और सीधी संवाद की पहल
प्रो. शर्मा ने कहा कि विश्वविद्यालय शोध की दिशा में सक्रिय भूमिका निभाएगा और शोधार्थियों के लिए विशेष व्याख्यानों का आयोजन किया जाएगा। उन्होंने भरोसा दिलाया कि सभी शोधार्थियों का संपर्क नंबर उनके पास संरक्षित रहेगा और वे किसी भी समय प्रत्यक्ष संवाद के माध्यम से अपनी समस्याएं रख सकेंगे।
शिक्षाशास्त्र में शोध प्रारंभ करने का आश्वासन
संवाद के दौरान एक दिलचस्प मोड़ तब आया जब कुलपति ने शिक्षाशास्त्र विभाग के शोधार्थियों की उपस्थिति जाननी चाही। उन्हें जानकारी दी गई कि शिक्षाशास्त्र में फिलहाल शोध कार्य नहीं हो रहे हैं। इस पर उन्होंने वादा किया कि जल्द ही इस विषय में भी पीएचडी कार्यक्रम शुरू किया जाएगा। उन्होंने यह भी माना कि इस विषय में शोध न होना, नैक मूल्यांकन में विश्वविद्यालय को कम अंक मिलने का कारण रहा है।
संवाद का सार
लगभग डेढ़ घंटे चले संवाद कार्यक्रम में कुलपति ने शोध की प्रक्रियाओं में पारदर्शिता, गुणवत्ता और जवाबदेही सुनिश्चित करने की बात कही। उन्होंने स्पष्ट किया कि शोध संबंधी सभी कार्य शोध परिनियमों के अनुरूप संचालित किए जाएंगे और जल्द ही विद्वत परिषद की बैठक में लंबित विषयों पर ठोस निर्णय लिए जाएंगे।
यह संवाद न केवल प्रशासन और शोधार्थियों के बीच की दूरी को कम करने का प्रयास था, बल्कि विश्वविद्यालय में शोध के वातावरण को गंभीर, प्रोत्साहक और उत्तरदायी बनाने की दिशा में एक सार्थक पहल भी रही।
