सदर प्रखंड में भ्रष्टाचार पर बढ़ता असंतोष, पंचायत समिति को योजनाओं से अलग रखने का आरोप

हजारीबाग: जिले के सदर प्रखंड में सरकारी योजनाओं के क्रियान्वयन को लेकर अनियमितताओं के आरोप लगातार सामने आ रहे हैं। सदर प्रखंड के उप प्रमुख रविकांत सिंह ने एक प्रेस विज्ञप्ति जारी कर प्रशासन पर भ्रष्टाचार और मनमानी का आरोप लगाया। उन्होंने कहा कि पंचायत समिति और निर्वाचित जनप्रतिनिधियों को योजनाओं से जानबूझकर दूर रखा जा रहा है, जिससे विकास कार्यों में बाधा उत्पन्न हो रही है।

पंचायत समिति को योजनाओं से बाहर रखने का आरोप

रविकांत सिंह के अनुसार, प्रखंड प्रशासन योजनाओं की पूरी जानकारी जनप्रतिनिधियों को नहीं देता। मासिक बैठकों और समीक्षा बैठकों का आयोजन ठीक से नहीं किया जाता, जिससे विकास योजनाओं की पारदर्शिता प्रभावित होती है। उन्होंने आरोप लगाया कि पशुपालन विभाग द्वारा संचालित पशुधन योजना में भी गड़बड़ी हो रही है। नियमानुसार ग्राम सभा के माध्यम से लाभुकों का चयन किया जाना चाहिए, लेकिन अधिकारियों द्वारा इस प्रक्रिया को दरकिनार कर मनमाने तरीके से लाभुकों का चयन किया जा रहा है।

अंचल कार्यालय में भ्रष्टाचार के आरोप

रविकांत सिंह ने अंचल कार्यालय में भ्रष्टाचार की शिकायतें बढ़ने पर भी चिंता जताई। उन्होंने कहा कि जाति, आवासीय प्रमाण पत्र बनवाने के लिए आम जनता को कई बार चक्कर लगाने पड़ते हैं। अधिकारी कार्य दिवस के दौरान अक्सर अपनी ड्यूटी से गायब रहते हैं, जिससे छात्रों और नागरिकों को भारी दिक्कतों का सामना करना पड़ता है।

प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारी पर मनमानी के आरोप

सदर प्रखंड के उप प्रमुख ने यह भी आरोप लगाया कि प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारी (BDO) पंचायत समिति को पूरी तरह नजरअंदाज कर रहे हैं। प्रमुख होने के बावजूद, निर्णय लेने में पंचायत समिति की कोई भूमिका नहीं रहती, और अधिकारी अपने मनमुताबिक फैसले कर रहे हैं।

भ्रष्टाचार की जांच और कार्रवाई की मांग

रविकांत सिंह ने कहा कि वरिष्ठ अधिकारियों द्वारा कई बार अंचल कार्यालय की जांच की गई, लेकिन अब तक कोई सुधार नहीं हुआ। आम जनता छोटे-छोटे कार्यों के लिए परेशान हो रही है, जबकि प्रशासनिक उदासीनता बनी हुई है। उन्होंने जिला प्रशासन और राज्य सरकार से भ्रष्टाचार की उच्चस्तरीय जांच की मांग की और दोषी अधिकारियों पर सख्त कार्रवाई करने का आग्रह किया।

उन्होंने चेतावनी दी कि यदि जल्द कोई सुधार नहीं हुआ, तो पंचायत समिति और आम जनता मिलकर एक बड़े आंदोलन के लिए बाध्य होगी।
