भ्रष्टाचार उजागर करने वाले उप मुखिया ने घाघरा पुलिस से सुरक्षा की गुहार

गुमला: जिले के चपका पंचायत के उप मुखिया संजय गोप ने अपनी जान-माल की सुरक्षा को लेकर घाघरा थाना में लिखित आवेदन दिया है। उन्होंने पुलिस से सुरक्षा की मांग करते हुए दोषियों के खिलाफ सख्त कार्रवाई की अपील की है।

कूप निर्माण घोटाले का मामला बना विवाद की जड़

संजय गोप ने अपने आवेदन में बताया कि पतागाई गांव की मेट बसंती देवी के पति सुनील भगत ने उन्हें जान से मारने की धमकी दी है। उन्होंने कहा कि कुछ दिन पहले उन्होंने कूप निर्माण में गबन के मामले को उजागर किया था और इसकी लिखित शिकायत घाघरा के प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारी (BDO) से की थी। यही नहीं, इस घोटाले की खबर विभिन्न समाचार पत्रों में भी प्रकाशित हुई थी।

संजय गोप के अनुसार, इसी से नाराज होकर सुनील भगत ने उनके साथ गाली-गलौज की और जान से मारने की धमकी दी। इस घटना से भयभीत होकर उन्होंने घाघरा थाना में आवेदन देकर अपनी सुरक्षा सुनिश्चित करने की मांग की।

आरोपी ने आरोपों को बताया निराधार

इस मामले पर जब सुनील भगत से फोन पर प्रतिक्रिया ली गई, तो उन्होंने अपने ऊपर लगे सभी आरोपों को निराधार बताया। उन्होंने स्पष्ट किया कि उनकी संजय गोप से कोई बातचीत नहीं हुई है और न ही उन्होंने किसी प्रकार की धमकी दी है।

पुलिस जांच में जुटी

घाघरा पुलिस ने संजय गोप के आवेदन पर संज्ञान लेते हुए मामले की जांच शुरू कर दी है। पुलिस इस घटना के सभी पहलुओं की गहनता से जांच कर रही है और संबंधित पक्षों से पूछताछ भी की जाएगी।
