प्रखंड सह अंचल कार्यालय सिसई का औचक निरीक्षण, जन शिकायतों के त्वरित निपटारे के निर्देश

गुमला: उपायुक्त कर्ण सत्यार्थी के निर्देशानुसार 12 मार्च 2025 को समाहर्ता शशिंद्र कुमार बड़ाईक और जिला ग्रामीण विकास अभिकरण (DRDA) के निदेशक लेखा प्रशासन एवं स्व-नियोजन, विद्याभूषण ने प्रखंड सह अंचल कार्यालय सिसई का औचक निरीक्षण किया। इस दौरान जन शिकायत निवारण कार्यक्रम के तहत प्राप्त मामलों की समीक्षा की गई और कई आवश्यक निर्देश जारी किए गए।

शिकायतों का निष्पादन और समीक्षा

• अंचल कार्यालय:
  • कुल 64 मामलों में से 2 मामलों का समाधान मौके पर ही कर दिया गया।
  • शेष 62 मामलों के निष्पादन के लिए अंचलाधिकारी को एक सप्ताह के भीतर समाधान करने का निर्देश दिया गया।
  • निरीक्षण के दौरान आवश्यक सुधार हेतु अंचलाधिकारी को निर्देशित किया गया।
• प्रखंड कार्यालय:
  • कुल 4 मामलों में से 2 का निपटारा तत्काल किया गया।
  • शेष 2 मामलों को एक सप्ताह के भीतर सुलझाने के लिए प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारी (BDO) को निर्देश दिया गया।
  • प्रखंड अंतर्गत विभिन्न विभागों का भी औचक निरीक्षण किया गया और आवश्यक सुधार के निर्देश दिए गए।

निरीक्षण के दौरान दिए गए अन्य निर्देश:

• कार्यालय में नागरिक सेवाओं की प्रभावशीलता बढ़ाने और प्रक्रियाओं को सुचारू करने के लिए अंचल और प्रखंड अधिकारियों को आवश्यक निर्देश दिए गए।
• शिकायतों के निपटान में पारदर्शिता और समयबद्धता सुनिश्चित करने पर जोर दिया गया।
• विभिन्न विभागों के कार्यों की समीक्षा करते हुए, प्रशासनिक सुधार लागू करने के लिए अधिकारियों को निर्देशित किया गया।

निरीक्षण के दौरान अधिकारियों ने यह भी सुनिश्चित किया कि नागरिकों की समस्याओं का त्वरित समाधान किया जाए, जिससे प्रशासनिक प्रक्रियाओं में सुधार हो और आम जनता को त्वरित लाभ मिल सके।
