प्रखंड विकास अधिकारी ने की साप्ताहिक समीक्षा बैठक, विभिन्न योजनाओं को प्रभावी रूप से लागू करने के दिए निर्देश

गुमला: घाघरा प्रखंड विकास कार्यालय के सभागार में बीडीओ दिनेश कुमार ने अधीनस्थ अधिकारियों, पर्यवेक्षकों और कर्मियों के साथ साप्ताहिक समीक्षा बैठक आयोजित की। इस बैठक में विभिन्न सरकारी योजनाओं के क्रियान्वयन की समीक्षा की गई और कई आवश्यक निर्देश जारी किए गए।

मुख्य बिंदु और दिए गए निर्देश:

1. बाल विकास परियोजना:
   • सभी पर्यवेक्षकों को निर्देश दिया गया कि वे 1 से 10 तारीख के भीतर सेविकाओं से प्रतिवेदन प्राप्त करें।
   • सावित्रीबाई फुले समृद्धि योजना के अंतर्गत किसी भी आवेदन को लंबित न रखने और पात्र लाभुकों को समय पर लाभ देने का निर्देश दिया गया।
   • कन्यादान योजना के तहत सामूहिक विवाह कार्यक्रमों में योग्य आवेदकों को लाभ दिलाने के लिए आवेदन प्रक्रिया को तेज करने को कहा गया।
2. मनरेगा योजना:
   • पंचायत सेवक और रोजगार सेवकों को मनरेगा में मजदूरों की संख्या बढ़ाने का निर्देश दिया गया।
   • घाघरा पंचायत में मजदूरों की संख्या कम होने पर पंचायत सचिव और रोजगार सेवक से स्पष्टीकरण मांगा गया।
3. आवास योजनाओं की समीक्षा:
   • अबुआ आवास योजना (2023-24 और 2024-25) के तहत स्वीकृत लाभुकों के आवास निर्माण कार्यों की जिओ-टैगिंग कर सभी किस्तों का समय पर भुगतान सुनिश्चित करने का निर्देश दिया गया।
   • प्रधानमंत्री जनमन योजना के तहत स्वीकृत लाभुकों से व्यक्तिगत संपर्क कर निर्माण कार्यों में तेजी लाने की बात कही गई।
4. पंचायत और अन्य योजनाएं:
   • पंचायत सेवकों और पंचायत सचिवों को निर्देश दिया गया कि वे 15वें वित्त आयोग के अंतर्गत संचालित योजनाओं का रिकॉर्ड पंचायत में अनिवार्य रूप से रखें।
   • बीडीओ द्वारा हर सप्ताह किसी एक पंचायत में जाकर योजनाओं का निरीक्षण करने का निर्देश दिया गया।

बैठक में उपस्थित अधिकारी:

इस समीक्षा बैठक में प्रभारी पंचायती राज पदाधिकारी शंकर साहू, प्रभारी प्रखंड कृषि पदाधिकारी शंकर खेरवार, मनरेगा बीपीओ बेबी कुमारी, बाल विकास परियोजना पर्यवेक्षिका श्वेता, आवास कोऑर्डिनेटर अशोक कुमार, प्रवीण मिंज, पंचायत सचिव, रोजगार सेवक और कंप्यूटर ऑपरेटर सहित अन्य संबंधित अधिकारी एवं कर्मी मौजूद रहे।

बीडीओ ने सभी योजनाओं के सुचारू और पारदर्शी संचालन पर जोर देते हुए, कार्यों में तेजी लाने के निर्देश दिए।
