मुख्यमंत्री पशुधन विकास योजना में घाघरा में गड़बड़ी, लाभुकों को मिले कमजोर और बीमार सुकर

गुमला: झारखंड सरकार की मुख्यमंत्री पशुधन विकास योजना का उद्देश्य पशुपालकों की आर्थिक स्थिति सुधारना और रोजगार प्रदान करना है, लेकिन घाघरा प्रखंड में यह योजना भ्रष्टाचार की भेंट चढ़ती नजर आ रही है। लाभुकों को बेहतर नस्ल के पशुओं की जगह कमजोर और बीमार सुकर वितरित किए जाने की शिकायतें सामने आई हैं।

लाभुकों को नहीं मिला सही पशु, कागजी हेरफेर के आरोप

योजना के तहत लाभुकों को अनुदानित दर पर पशु दिए जाते हैं, लेकिन घाघरा में कई लाभुकों ने आरोप लगाया कि उन्हें कागज पर बड़े और स्वस्थ पशु दिखाए गए, जबकि वास्तविक वितरण में बीमार और कमजोर सुकर दिए गए। घाघरा निवासी निर्मला उरांव ने बताया कि प्रखंड कार्यालय में बड़े और स्वस्थ सुकर के साथ उनकी तस्वीर ली गई, लेकिन जब वितरण हुआ तो छोटे और बीमार सुकर उनके घर भेज दिए गए। शिकायत करने पर पशुपालन पदाधिकारी ने नए सुकर देने का आश्वासन दिया था, लेकिन दो दिन में ही दो सुकर की मृत्यु हो गई।

निर्मला उरांव ने यह भी बताया कि इस योजना का लाभ लेने के लिए उन्होंने ₹14,400 का भुगतान किया था, लेकिन कमजोर और मर चुके पशु मिलने से वे खुद को ठगा हुआ महसूस कर रही हैं। इसी तरह नीमा देवी ने कहा कि उन्होंने एक साल पहले योजना के लिए राशि जमा की थी, लेकिन उन्हें भी बीमार सुकर मिले। उनका एक पशु कुछ भी नहीं खा रहा, जिससे यह आशंका है कि उसे बहुत छोटी उम्र में ही लाभुकों को दे दिया गया। विनीता देवी ने भी शिकायत की कि उन्हें एक ऐसा सुकर दिया गया, जो दूध पीने की उम्र का था, जिससे एक सुकर की मृत्यु हो गई।

पशुपालन पदाधिकारी ने दी सफाई

जब इस मामले में प्रखंड पशुपालन पदाधिकारी डॉ. सीमा एक्का से बात की गई तो उन्होंने कहा कि गाड़ी में डाला लगा होने के कारण वे वितरण के दौरान पशुओं को ठीक से नहीं देख सकीं। उन्होंने आश्वासन दिया कि यदि दिए गए सुकर कमजोर और बीमार हैं या मर गए हैं, तो लाभुकों से वापस लेकर नए स्वस्थ सुकर वितरित किए जाएंगे।

मुख्यमंत्री पशुधन विकास योजना का उद्देश्य पशुपालकों की आय बढ़ाना था, लेकिन घाघरा में इसके कार्यान्वयन पर भ्रष्टाचार और अनियमितताओं के आरोप लग रहे हैं। अब देखना होगा कि प्रशासन इस मामले में क्या कार्रवाई करता है और लाभुकों को उनका हक कैसे दिलाया जाता है।
