चैनपुर के पकनी गांव पहुंचे उपायुक्त, समस्याओं के समाधान के दिए निर्देश

गुमला: उपायुक्त कर्ण सत्यार्थी ने गुमला जिले के चैनपुर प्रखंड स्थित बामदा पंचायत के पकनी गांव का दौरा किया और वहां के निवासियों से उनकी समस्याओं पर चर्चा की। इस गांव में कोरबा और बिरहोर जनजाति (PVTG समुदाय) के करीब 20 परिवार रहते हैं, जो मुख्य रूप से खेती पर निर्भर हैं। ग्रामीणों ने बिजली, पानी और सड़क निर्माण से जुड़ी परेशानियों को उपायुक्त के समक्ष रखा, जिस पर उन्होंने त्वरित समाधान के निर्देश दिए।

गांव में बिजली-पानी की समस्या, जलमीनार और सोलर प्लांट सुधारने का आदेश

ग्रामीणों ने बताया कि कुछ साल पहले गांव में जलमीनार का निर्माण हुआ था, लेकिन वह अब खराब पड़ा है, जिससे उन्हें पेयजल की समस्या हो रही है। इस पर उपायुक्त ने संबंधित विभाग को जल्द से जल्द जलमीनार दुरुस्त कराने के निर्देश दिए।

इसी तरह, गांव में पहले सोलर एनर्जी के माध्यम से बिजली आपूर्ति होती थी, लेकिन बिजली गिरने से सोलर सिस्टम खराब हो गया, जिससे गांव अंधेरे में डूबा हुआ है। उपायुक्त ने संबंधित अधिकारियों को सोलर प्लांट को शीघ्र ठीक कराने के निर्देश दिए।

वन पट्टा की समीक्षा और आजीविका मिशन से महिलाओं को जोड़ने का आह्वान

उपायुक्त ने गांव में वन पट्टा की स्थिति की समीक्षा की और JSLPS (झारखंड स्टेट लाइवलीहुड प्रमोशन सोसाइटी) से जुड़ी स्वयं सहायता समूह (SHG) की महिलाओं से बातचीत की। उन्होंने महिलाओं को स्वयं सहायता समूह से जुड़कर सरकारी ऋण योजनाओं का लाभ लेने और आर्थिक रूप से सशक्त बनने के लिए प्रेरित किया। ग्रामीणों को वन धन विकास केंद्र की जानकारी भी दी गई और बाहर काम करने गए लोगों को ई-श्रम पोर्टल पर पंजीकरण कराने की सलाह दी गई।

आंगनबाड़ी, राशन और सरना स्थल निर्माण की मांग

ग्रामीणों ने उपायुक्त को बताया कि गांव में आंगनबाड़ी केंद्र नहीं है, जिससे महिलाओं और बच्चों को पोषण संबंधी सरकारी सुविधाएं नहीं मिल पा रही हैं। इसके अलावा, गांव में स्थानीय राशन डीलर भी नहीं है, जिसके कारण ग्रामीणों को दूर जाकर राशन लेना पड़ता है। उन्होंने सरना स्थल निर्माण और गृह निर्माण के लिए बालू आपूर्ति की समस्या को भी उठाया। उपायुक्त ने सभी समस्याओं के समाधान के लिए संबंधित अधिकारियों को आवश्यक कार्रवाई के निर्देश दिए।

महिला और शिशु स्वास्थ्य पर जोर, सरकारी योजनाओं की जानकारी

उपायुक्त ने महिलाओं से गैस कनेक्शन, राशन वितरण, पेंशन, जन्म प्रमाण पत्र और आयुष्मान कार्ड जैसी योजनाओं का लाभ मिलने की स्थिति की जानकारी ली। उन्होंने संस्थागत प्रसव (Institutional Delivery) को बढ़ावा देने की अपील की और मातृ वंदना योजना तथा जननी शिशु योजना के तहत ₹6,500 की सहायता राशि के बारे में बताया।

इसके अलावा, मोबाइल मेडिकल वैन द्वारा लगाए जाने वाले स्वास्थ्य जांच शिविरों में अधिक से अधिक भागीदारी सुनिश्चित करने की बात कही।

कृषि योजनाओं से जुड़ने की अपील

भूमि संरक्षण पदाधिकारी ने ग्रामीणों को तालाब निर्माण और सिंचाई मशीन योजनाओं की जानकारी दी और बताया कि विभाग कृषि वाहन खरीदने के लिए अनुदान भी दे रहा है। उपायुक्त ने 9431319825 हेल्पलाइन नंबर साझा किया, जिससे ग्रामीण अपनी समस्याओं की जानकारी प्रशासन तक पहुंचा सकते हैं।

विद्यालय और आंगनबाड़ी केंद्र का निरीक्षण

उपायुक्त ने नव प्राथमिक विद्यालय, पकनी का निरीक्षण कर बच्चों से पढ़ाई के बारे में जानकारी ली और शिक्षकों से स्कूल में सुविधाओं पर चर्चा की। उन्होंने आंगनबाड़ी केंद्र का भी निरीक्षण कर पोषण ट्रैकर की समीक्षा की और निर्देश दिया कि छूटे हुए बच्चों को आंगनबाड़ी से जोड़ा जाए।

दौरे में कई अधिकारी रहे मौजूद

इस निरीक्षण दौरे में एसडीओ पूर्णिमा कुमारी, बीडीओ यादव बैठा, सीओ दिनेश गुप्ता और पंचायत मुखिया सीताराम मुंडा सहित कई अधिकारी मौजूद रहे। उपायुक्त ने सभी संबंधित अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिया कि गांव की समस्याओं का शीघ्र समाधान सुनिश्चित किया जाए और सरकारी योजनाओं का लाभ हर पात्र व्यक्ति तक पहुंचे।
