बुंदेली व्यंजनों का महासंग्राम: 2 अप्रैल से शुरू होगा ‘बुंदेली शेफ प्रतियोगिता’ का दूसरा संस्करण

भोपाल/लखनऊ: बुंदेलखंड की पारंपरिक पाक-कला को एक नई पहचान देने के लिए ‘बुंदेली शेफ प्रतियोगिता’ का दूसरा संस्करण 2 अप्रैल से शुरू होने जा रहा है। बुंदेलखंड 24×7 द्वारा आयोजित इस अनूठी प्रतियोगिता का ग्रैंड फिनाले 11 मई को झांसी में होगा। खास बात यह है कि यह प्रतियोगिता पूरी तरह निःशुल्क है और बुंदेलखंड की महिलाएं देशभर के किसी भी कोने से इसमें भाग ले सकती हैं।

घरेलू महिलाओं को मिलेगा सशक्त मंच

इस प्रतियोगिता का मुख्य उद्देश्य बुंदेलखंड की गृहिणियों को अपनी पाक-कला का प्रदर्शन करने और राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर पहचान दिलाने का अवसर देना है। प्रतियोगिता की भव्यता को और बढ़ाने के लिए मशहूर अभिनेता एवं राजनेता राजा बुंदेला और सुप्रसिद्ध अभिनेत्री सुष्मिता मुखर्जी विशेष अतिथि के रूप में शामिल होंगे।

प्रतियोगिता का चरणबद्ध आयोजन

प्रतियोगिता को कई रोमांचक और कड़े मुकाबलों के माध्यम से संपन्न किया जाएगा। चरणों का आयोजन निम्नलिखित तिथियों पर किया जाएगा:

• 2 अप्रैल: पहला ऑडिशन
• 9 अप्रैल: दूसरा ऑडिशन
• 16 अप्रैल: क्वार्टर फाइनल
• 30 अप्रैल: सेमीफाइनल
• 11 मई: ग्रैंड फिनाले (झांसी में)

सभी राउंड्स में प्रतिभागियों की पाक-कला को परखने के लिए अनुभवी जज सृष्टि त्रिपाठी और डॉ. अतुल मालिकराम मौजूद रहेंगे।

बुंदेली व्यंजनों की समृद्धि को मिलेगा नया आयाम

प्रतियोगिता के महत्व पर दामिनी गौर ने कहा,
“बुंदेली शेफ प्रतियोगिता केवल एक कुकिंग कॉम्पिटिशन नहीं, बल्कि महिलाओं को आत्मनिर्भर बनाने और उनकी प्रतिभा को बड़े मंच तक पहुंचाने का एक शानदार अवसर है।”

वहीं शिवांगी तिवारी ने कहा,
“यह प्रतियोगिता महिलाओं को अपनी छिपी हुई प्रतिभा को पहचानने और आत्मविश्वास के साथ आगे बढ़ने की प्रेरणा देती है। यह आयोजन बुंदेली व्यंजनों की समृद्ध परंपरा को संरक्षित करने का भी एक जरिया है।”

नारी सशक्तिकरण की दिशा में एक और कदम

अपने पहले संस्करण की अपार सफलता के बाद ‘बुंदेली शेफ प्रतियोगिता’ का यह दूसरा संस्करण नारी सशक्तिकरण के उद्देश्य को और आगे बढ़ाने के लिए प्रतिबद्ध है। यह आयोजन परंपरागत पाक-कला को आधुनिकता के साथ जोड़ते हुए बुंदेलखंड की सांस्कृतिक विरासत को मजबूत करने की दिशा में एक महत्वपूर्ण प्रयास है।
