भरनो अंचल कार्यालय का निरीक्षण: उपायुक्त ने लंबित मामलों के शीघ्र निष्पादन और पारदर्शी सेवा व्यवस्था पर दिया जोर

गुमला, 7 अप्रैल 2025 — आम नागरिकों को समयबद्ध और पारदर्शी प्रशासनिक सेवाएं उपलब्ध कराने के उद्देश्य से गुमला उपायुक्त कर्ण सत्यार्थी ने सोमवार को भरनो अंचल कार्यालय का औचक निरीक्षण किया। निरीक्षण के दौरान उपायुक्त ने कार्यालय के कार्यों की गहन समीक्षा करते हुए अधिकारियों को स्पष्ट निर्देश दिए कि लंबित मामलों का शीघ्र निपटारा करते हुए जनता की समस्याओं का प्रभावी समाधान सुनिश्चित किया जाए।

कार्यालय की कार्यप्रणाली पर सख्त नजर

निरीक्षण के क्रम में उपायुक्त ने कर्मचारियों की उपस्थिति, कार्य निष्पादन की प्रगति, भूमि संबंधी मामलों, दाखिल-खारिज, सीमांकन, दर निर्धारण, और जाति, आय तथा निवास प्रमाणपत्रों से जुड़े मामलों की समीक्षा की। उन्होंने स्पष्ट किया कि सभी कर्मचारी कार्यालय में पूर्ण उपस्थिति दर्ज कराएं और अपने उत्तरदायित्वों को ईमानदारी से निभाएं।

लंबित मामलों पर विशेष ध्यान

उपायुक्त सत्यार्थी ने कहा कि दाखिल-खारिज या प्रमाणपत्र से जुड़े किसी भी आवेदन को अनावश्यक रूप से लंबित न रखा जाए। यदि दस्तावेज अधूरे हैं, तो उसका स्पष्ट कारण दर्ज कर निर्णय लिया जाए। उन्होंने निर्देश दिया कि बिना ठोस वजह बताए किसी भी आवेदन को अस्वीकार न किया जाए।

नागरिकों की शिकायतों पर तुरंत कार्रवाई के निर्देश

निरीक्षण के दौरान उपायुक्त ने कार्यालय में उपस्थित नागरिकों से भी सीधा संवाद किया और उनकी समस्याएं सुनीं। संबंधित अधिकारियों को उन्होंने मौके पर ही आवश्यक दिशा-निर्देश जारी किए ताकि आम जनता को त्वरित राहत मिल सके।

प्रभावी कार्यालय व्यवस्था पर जोर

उपायुक्त ने कहा कि जिला प्रशासन की प्राथमिकता पारदर्शी और सुगम सेवा उपलब्ध कराना है। इसके लिए कार्यालय की कार्यप्रणाली को और अधिक सुदृढ़ और उत्तरदायी बनाया जाए। उन्होंने यह भी दोहराया कि शिकायतों के निपटारे में किसी प्रकार की लापरवाही बर्दाश्त नहीं की जाएगी।

निरीक्षण में अधिकारीगण रहे उपस्थित

इस निरीक्षण के दौरान अपर समाहर्ता शैलेन्द्र बड़ाईक, एलआरडीसी राजीव कुमार, अंचल अधिकारी अविनाश कुजूर, आईटी मैनेजर राजीव रौशन, लिपिक विष्णु चरण भगत सहित कई संबंधित पदाधिकारी एवं कर्मचारी उपस्थित रहे।

जिला प्रशासन की इस सक्रियता से यह स्पष्ट संदेश गया है कि सरकारी तंत्र की जवाबदेही तय करने और आमजन तक सेवाएं पहुँचाने के प्रयास तेज कर दिए गए हैं।
