गुमला के तीन आयुष्मान आरोग्य मंदिरों को मिला NQAS प्रमाणन, स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं की गुणवत्ता को मिली मान्यता

गुमला (झारखंड), 10 अप्रैल:
गुमला जिले में स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं की गुणवत्ता को नई ऊँचाई मिली है। जिले के तीन आयुष्मान आरोग्य मंदिर — फोरी, तेलगांव और उमड़ा — ने राष्ट्रीय गुणवत्ता आश्वासन मानक (NQAS) के तहत उल्लेखनीय प्रदर्शन करते हुए प्रतिष्ठित प्रमाणन प्राप्त किया है।

स्वास्थ्य मंत्रालय द्वारा संचालित इस मूल्यांकन प्रक्रिया में इन केंद्रों को बाहरी विशेषज्ञों ने विभिन्न गुणवत्ता मानकों पर परखा। फोरी केंद्र ने 90 प्रतिशत, तेलगांव ने 89 प्रतिशत और उमड़ा ने 87 प्रतिशत स्कोर प्राप्त किया। इस उपलब्धि के साथ ये केंद्र अब गुणवत्ता प्रमाणित स्वास्थ्य संस्थानों की सूची में शामिल हो गए हैं।

प्रमाणन प्रक्रिया में रोगी केंद्रित सेवाएं, स्वच्छता, दस्तावेज़ प्रबंधन, संक्रमण नियंत्रण, आपातकालीन तैयारियाँ और स्वास्थ्यकर्मियों का प्रशिक्षण जैसे पहलुओं को आधार बनाया गया। विशेषज्ञों ने दो राज्यों से आकर इन केंद्रों का गहन निरीक्षण किया और निर्धारित मानदंडों के आधार पर अंक प्रदान किए।

70 प्रतिशत या उससे अधिक अंक पाने वाले संस्थानों को ही NQAS प्रमाणन दिया जाता है। यह प्रमाणन न केवल सेवाओं की गुणवत्ता को दर्शाता है, बल्कि आम नागरिकों में विश्वास भी बढ़ाता है कि उन्हें प्रमाणित और भरोसेमंद स्वास्थ्य सेवा मिल रही है।

गुमला के स्वास्थ्य विभाग ने इस सफलता का श्रेय नियमित निगरानी, स्वास्थ्यकर्मियों की प्रतिबद्धता और सेवा सुधार के निरंतर प्रयासों को दिया है। स्वास्थ्य विभाग का कहना है कि आने वाले समय में अन्य आयुष्मान आरोग्य मंदिरों को भी इस दिशा में प्रोत्साहित किया जाएगा, ताकि संपूर्ण जिले में गुणवत्तापूर्ण और प्रमाणित स्वास्थ्य सुविधाएं उपलब्ध कराई जा सकें।
