गुमला (झारखंड), 10 अप्रैल:
पेयजल संकट की बढ़ती शिकायतों के बीच गुमला जिले के घाघरा प्रखंड प्रशासन ने त्वरित समाधान के लिए एक विशेष कंट्रोल रूम का गठन किया है। प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारी (बीडीओ) दिनेश कुमार ने बताया कि इस व्यवस्था का उद्देश्य पानी से जुड़ी समस्याओं का शीघ्र समाधान करना है, जिससे स्थानीय लोगों को राहत मिल सके।
प्रखंड कार्यालय परिसर में बनाए गए इस कंट्रोल रूम में दो कर्मियों की प्रतिनियुक्ति की गई है। नागरिक अपनी शिकायतें इन हेल्पलाइन नंबरों — 6205867041 और 7992405933 — पर दर्ज करा सकते हैं।
बीडीओ दिनेश कुमार ने इस पहल से पूर्व जिला परिषद सदस्य, पंचायत प्रतिनिधि, जल सहिया और विभागीय कर्मियों के साथ एक बैठक की। उन्होंने कहा कि, “पेयजल आपूर्ति से जुड़ी किसी भी समस्या को प्राथमिकता दी जाएगी। सभी मुखिया और जनप्रतिनिधियों को अपने क्षेत्रों में जाकर चापाकल, जलमीनार और पाइपलाइन की स्थिति का जायजा लेने के निर्देश दिए गए हैं।”
बैठक में कई मुखियाओं ने बताया कि उनके क्षेत्र की जलमीनारें खराब पड़ी हैं और पेयजल आपूर्ति बाधित है। इसके अतिरिक्त, नागरिकों ने शिकायत की कि ‘हर घर नल-जल योजना’ के तहत अब तक लगभग 50% घरों में जल कनेक्शन नहीं पहुंचा है, जिससे गर्मी के मौसम में घाघरावासियों को काफी कठिनाईयों का सामना करना पड़ रहा है।
प्रशासन की इस नई पहल से उम्मीद है कि जल संकट से जूझ रहे लोगों को त्वरित राहत मिल सकेगी और जिम्मेदार अधिकारी जवाबदेह रहेंगे।
