घाघरा बीडीओ का अल्टीमेटम: एक सप्ताह में जमा करें GST और DMFT की बकाया राशि, नहीं तो होगी कानूनी कार्रवाई

गुमला, 10 अप्रैल 2025 — गुमला जिले के घाघरा प्रखंड के छह मनरेगा वेंडरों को प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारी (बीडीओ) ने कड़ी चेतावनी देते हुए निर्देश दिया है कि वे GST और DMFT की बकाया राशि को एक सप्ताह के भीतर जमा करें, अन्यथा उनके खिलाफ कानूनी कार्रवाई की जाएगी।

यह निर्देश बीडीओ द्वारा उप विकास आयुक्त, गुमला के पत्रांक का हवाला देते हुए जारी किया गया है। पत्र में स्पष्ट किया गया है कि घाघरा प्रखंड के विभिन्न पंचायतों में मनरेगा योजनाओं के तहत सामग्री आपूर्ति के एवज में जिन वेंडरों को भुगतान किया गया है, उन्होंने निर्धारित करों की कटौती तो की, लेकिन अब तक उसे सरकार के खाते में जमा नहीं किया है।

बीडीओ ने बताया कि इस अनियमितता की पहचान जिला स्तरीय जांच दल ने की थी, जिसकी अध्यक्षता निदेशक, लेखा प्रशासन एवं स्वनियोजन, गुमला कर रहे थे। कई बार निर्देश देने के बावजूद जब बकाया राशि जमा नहीं की गई, तो यह कदम उठाया गया।

जारी पत्र के अनुसार, छह वेंडरों पर DMFT मद में ₹58,186 और GST मद में ₹15,66,596 की बकाया राशि लंबित है। बीडीओ कार्यालय द्वारा गुमला जिला खनिज फाउंडेशन ट्रस्ट (GDMFT) का बैंक खाता विवरण भी भेजा गया है, ताकि वेंडर तय समय-सीमा के भीतर राशि सीधे ट्रांसफर कर सकें।

बीडीओ ने यह भी स्पष्ट किया है कि यदि निर्धारित एक सप्ताह के भीतर बकाया राशि जमा नहीं की जाती है, तो संबंधित वेंडरों को काली सूची (Blacklist) में डाल दिया जाएगा और उनके खिलाफ सुसंगत धाराओं के तहत प्राथमिकी दर्ज की जाएगी।

इस सख्त रुख को प्रशासनिक पारदर्शिता और सरकारी राजस्व की सुरक्षा के लिहाज़ से अहम कदम माना जा रहा है। स्थानीय स्तर पर इसे लेकर हलचल मच गई है, और संभावना जताई जा रही है कि कई वेंडर जल्द ही बकाया राशि जमा कर सकते हैं।
