डुमरी व जारी प्रखंड के लोगों ने ऑनलाइन माध्यम से बताई समस्याएं, गुमला में हुआ ई-जनशिकायत निवारण दिवस का आयोजन

गुमला, 13 अप्रैल 2025 — गुमला जिले में उपायुक्त कर्ण सत्यार्थी की अध्यक्षता में आज साप्ताहिक ई-जनशिकायत निवारण दिवस का आयोजन किया गया, जिसमें डुमरी एवं जारी प्रखंड के नागरिकों ने ऑनलाइन प्लेटफॉर्म के माध्यम से अपनी समस्याएं साझा कीं। इस कार्यक्रम में 30 से अधिक आवेदकों ने अपनी व्यक्तिगत और सामुदायिक समस्याओं को सामने रखा।

इस डिजिटल संवाद के माध्यम से पेंशन, राशन कार्ड, प्रधानमंत्री किसान सम्मान निधि योजना, सड़क निर्माण, आवास योजना, जलमीनार मरम्मती, नाली निर्माण जैसी विभिन्न जनहित से जुड़ी समस्याओं को प्रमुखता से उठाया गया।

उपायुक्त ने नागरिकों की शिकायतों को गंभीरता से सुनते हुए संबंधित प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारियों (BDO) को स्थल पर समाधान (On-the-Spot Resolution) सुनिश्चित करने के निर्देश दिए। कुछ मामलों का समाधान वहीं VC के दौरान किया गया, जिससे नागरिकों में संतोष का माहौल देखने को मिला।

उपायुक्त श्री सत्यार्थी ने कहा, “प्रशासन जनता की समस्याओं के समाधान के लिए पूरी तरह प्रतिबद्ध है। स्थानीय स्तर पर जिन मुद्दों का तत्काल निपटारा संभव है, उनका त्वरित समाधान किया जाएगा।”

आगामी ई-जनशिकायत निवारण दिवस की तिथियां भी निर्धारित कर दी गई हैं:

• 19 अप्रैल 2025 – चैनपुर एवं भरनो प्रखंड

• 26 अप्रैल 2025 – सिसई एवं बसिया प्रखंड

यह कार्यक्रम हर शनिवार सुबह 10:30 बजे आयोजित किया जाता है। जिले के नागरिक अपने नजदीकी प्रखंड कार्यालय में जाकर ऑनलाइन माध्यम से उपायुक्त से सीधे जुड़ सकते हैं और अपनी शिकायतें दर्ज कर सकते हैं।
