गुमला में पीवीटीजी समुदाय के लिए योजनाओं की समीक्षा, उपायुक्त ने दिए ज़मीनी क्रियान्वयन के सख्त निर्देश

गुमला, 12 अप्रैल 2025 — गुमला उपायुक्त कर्ण सत्यार्थी की अध्यक्षता में प्रधानमंत्री जनमन योजना के अंतर्गत एक विभागीय समीक्षा बैठक का आयोजन किया गया। बैठक में जिले के सभी महत्वपूर्ण विभागों के अधिकारियों ने भाग लिया, जिसमें विशेष रूप से PVTG (विशेष रूप से कमजोर जनजातीय समूह) समुदायों को सरकारी योजनाओं का लाभ पहुंचाने की रणनीतियों की समीक्षा की गई।

उपायुक्त सत्यार्थी ने स्पष्ट कहा कि “पीवीटीजी समुदाय के प्रत्येक परिवार तक कल्याणकारी योजनाओं की पहुंच होनी चाहिए। इसके लिए विभागों को आपसी समन्वय और प्रतिबद्धता के साथ काम करना होगा।”

जल जीवन मिशन और पेयजल पर विशेष जोर

बैठक में बताया गया कि जिले के 112 पीवीटीजी गांवों में जल आपूर्ति योजना पूरी की जा चुकी है। उपायुक्त ने निर्देश दिया कि प्रत्येक घर तक नल से जल की आपूर्ति सुनिश्चित की जाए। साथ ही जिन क्षेत्रों में एफएसटीसी (Faecal Sludge Treatment Plant) लगाए गए हैं, वहां जलापूर्ति की गुणवत्ता व नियमितता की जांच अनिवार्य की गई है।

PHED विभाग की समीक्षा के दौरान उन्होंने ग्रामीण इलाकों में पानी की गुणवत्ता सुनिश्चित करने और गर्मी के मौसम में प्री-एक्शन प्लान तैयार रखने के निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने कहा, “अगर ग्रामीणों तक पानी नहीं पहुंचे तो यह योजना असफल मानी जाएगी।”

नेटवर्क, आधार और आजीविका से जुड़ी समस्याओं पर चर्चा

बैठक में औरापाट क्षेत्र में नेटवर्क कनेक्टिविटी की कमी पर चर्चा करते हुए उपायुक्त ने त्वरित समाधान हेतु दूरसंचार विभाग को निर्देशित किया।

वहीं ग्रामीणों को आधार कार्ड सुधार में हो रही समस्याओं को देखते हुए संबंधित प्रखंडों में शिविर आयोजन के आदेश दिए गए।

जेएसएलपीएस (Jharkhand State Livelihood Promotion Society) के तहत संचालित वन धन विकास केंद्र (VDVK) की समीक्षा में उपायुक्त ने सभी 10 समूहों को एफपीओ (FPO) से जोड़ने की बात कही ताकि ग्रामीण महिलाओं को सशक्त बनाने की दिशा में ठोस कदम उठाया जा सके।

सड़क निर्माण और भूमि संबंधित कार्यों में तेजी लाने का निर्देश

बैठक में प्रधानमंत्री जनमन योजना के अंतर्गत सड़कों की प्रगति की समीक्षा की गई। पटनी गांव में टोले को जोड़ने वाली सड़क के लिए डीपीआर तैयार करने का निर्देश दिया गया। उन्होंने संबंधित विभागों को लंबित कार्यों को शीघ्र पूर्ण करने का निर्देश देते हुए कहा कि देरी से ग्रामीणों को आवागमन में कठिनाई होती है।

वन विभाग को आवश्यक अनापत्ति प्रमाण पत्र और दस्तावेज शीघ्र तैयार करने का निर्देश दिया गया ताकि निर्माण कार्य बिना बाधा के पूर्ण हो सके।

अन्य प्रमुख योजनाओं की भी समीक्षा

बैठक में पीएम किसान योजना, किसान क्रेडिट कार्ड (KCC), छात्रवृत्ति योजनाएं, वनाधिकार कानून, आयुष्मान भारत योजना सहित अन्य महत्वपूर्ण योजनाओं की भी समीक्षा की गई। उपायुक्त ने इन योजनाओं को समयबद्ध व प्रभावी ढंग से लागू करने पर ज़ोर दिया।

उन्होंने अंत में कहा, “प्रशासन का मुख्य उद्देश्य यह है कि पीवीटीजी समुदाय का हर व्यक्ति सरकारी योजनाओं से वंचित न रहे। अधिकारियों को पूरी निष्ठा और संवेदनशीलता के साथ जिम्मेदारी निभानी चाहिए।”
